We had a great experience with this company. Jesus and his team were very polite, professional and great at communicating. They were on time and showed us their work as they blew in the insulation. Showed us before and after pictures. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with A+ Insulation! Jay came out and gave me an estimate. He was very thorough. I was booked within a week. Today, Alex and his crew came out and completed the job. It was quick and easy! They were very kind and respectful! I would 100% recommend to anyone and would most definitely reach out for future projects as necessary.

Garrett came to our house to give us an estimate and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The crew arrived on time and CJ was great! She is a very hard worker. Both her and her co-worker were very good and made sure everything was cleaned up. Top Notch group! Would recommend them 100%

I was so disappointed in my experience with this company. I encourage you to read the long review but in summary, I would never recommend them.
I contracted to have A+ Insulation insulate my home. The team who came out, only sprayed in the insulation and did not first seal around exhaust fans, lights and ceiling fans. When they came downstairs to show me the completed job, I stated there should have been an air vent for the ventilation for my bathroom fans. The technician went back up and installed ONE vent and came down and showed me a picture. There are 2 bathroom fans, so I had to send him upstairs AGAIN. I was not confident in the completion of the job so I requested a supervisor to call me.
A few days later, I got a call from someone claiming to be a supervisor who argued with me and lied that they had done step by step pictures and that the technicians had done the right job (I never received more than the 3 pictures of before and afters). After arguing with him for 7 minutes, we ended the call and I called the office.
I spoke with the office manager who stated the owner would contact me when he returned from vacation. When the owner called back, he came and inspected the job that had been done and agreed it was done incorrectly. We scheduled them to return at a later date.
When they came back, the team foamed around all fans and outlets and left. Later that night, we learned that they sprayed foam into the bathroom fan that stopped the blades from turning and it started burning. It became smoldering and we had to have the fire department out to ensure the rest of my home was not going to catch fire. The next morning, the owner came out for a 2nd time to inspect and agreed that it was their fault. They paid for the replacement of the fan and repairs. I am glad to be done with this company.

Initial thoughts of the company were promising. The sales rep seemed to know his stuff and was friendly, the cost fit the work being completed and they were able to get the work scheduled in a timely manor. That is when things started to fall apart. After they had to reschedule, they came to do the job and left without completing what was quoted. While to the best of my knowledge they did add the insulation, they left a huge hole in my ceiling. The quote was for them to patch and mud so as to be ready for texture and paint. When I questioned the workers about it they said that they didn't bring the right materials to complete the job and that I should call the shop to figure it out with their boss. After calling their boss, it was going to be another 3 days before anyone could come back to finish the scope of work. On that day I received a text that they were too busy to complete and that they would be sending a sub contractor to complete the work. The sub contract took an additional four days, visiting the house many times on three of the days to complete the work. When he left, the workspace and a majority of my house was a mess. The subcontractor tracked drywall mud throughout the house and failed to tarp the room properly. When asked about it, he said that he ran out of plastic and had forgotten to bring his cleaning supplies. The room being worked on is the nursery for my 8 week old daughter. Having the one day job take over a week to complete and then having to spend hours cleaning up after them has soured them in my eyes. To boot the room still stays 4-6 degrees cooler than the rest of the house resulting in us still having to use a space heater to keep the room comfortable.

One of the worst contracting experiences of my life and for something as easy as insulation:
-Failed to complete the contract in whole
Left parts of my home in terrible condition after failing to access parts of the house that needed to be insulated
-Covered up a utility room vent with insulation (a severe fire hazard) resulting in a carbon monoxide toxicity event in my home (i.e. they didn't follow code)
-No follow up from customer service for invoicing after only a portion of these errors were communicated

They did come back and do their best to make things right but didn't know how to handle lath and plaster appropriately

A+ Insulation did a great job removing old insulation from my basement ceiling, and then spray-foaming new insulation at the perimeter. They kept to the schedule, showed up on time, and generally did a great job. I definitely would recommend them, and plan on using them again in the future.

We had a really great experience with A+ Insulation! Between sales and the operations manager, they designed the perfect solution to fit our needs. We had 2 different attic sections that the team worked on. A+ Insulation was very professional, responded promptly and addressed our every concern. The quoted price was the final price and the team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We noticed a difference instantly in the way the top floor of the house was actually feeling much cooler and maintaining a more even temperature with the lower level of the house. I would very highly recommend this company without hesitation!

We recently used A+ to insulate 2 new additions to our home. Jeff Kuhn was out within 24 hours of calling for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was great. He didn't try to sell us more than we needed. He was honest and answered all the questions we had. He was so patient, as we were awaiting an inspection to pass before he could start the job. I think I had to push him out at least 3, if not 4 times. However, I let him know on a Friday that we were ready and his crew was starting on the following Tuesday. They were timely, efficient and very friendly. Mandi in the office/billing department was super sweet, as well. Overall, it was a great experience and we are so thankful we found a trustworthy and experienced company for our large insulation project. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Sales was great, service was on time and early. Friendly knowledgeable and explained everything.good, explained everything. Later in the process got an email explaining everything from before after and how to pay.

Had a question(concern) and they contact me and set up date and time to talk in person with me about my concern.

My earlier review was based on being hangry, and not realizing how impatient I was being as a new homeowner.

I would recommend them for first time and multi-time home buyers.

We had them out for a free estimate and ultimately hired them for the job. They were thorough, professional, and efficient. The gentlemen who came out to do the installation were very friendly and professional. They left my house in the same condition of cleanliness as they found it. I couldn't tell they had been there except for the vast difference in temperature in my house after having the insulation installed. 100% recommend.

They did a wonderful job, they were in and out quicker than expected, polite, and so clean you can barely tell they pass through. I love their work!

Antonio, Doug and Jesus did an amazing job on our insulation. They cleaned up like they were never there.

We purchased our newly remodeled home with no attic insulation but we were fully aware of what the approximate cost should be based on square footage and the condition of the attic space. After receiving multiple excessively high trumped up estimates we finally found A+ Insulation. Garrett came out and provided us with an honest and transparent consultation that assessed the needs of the project while balancing our objectives as the client. The insulation crew came out today, they were professional, efficient and informative. We could not be more pleased with this experience, A+ Insulation exceeded our service expectations.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Garrett was professional and informative! The team that came out today for our project did a great job insulating our basement with spray foam (seriously they didn’t miss any spots) and three air ducts in our garage under our family room!! We are looking forward to lower energy bills, this coming winter and next summer! would absolutely recommend a plus insulation to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

Everything you'd want from a contractor! They showed up during the estimated time, laid down mats to the attic to keep the floors and carpet clean, and got done in short order. They actually went above and beyond what they bid for. We had some issues with our soffits and after fixing that, they blew in the insulation not only in the areas they worked, but throughout other areas of the house as well! They left and vacuumed all the loose insulation in the house. After the job they did, I'd recommend them without hesitation!

The crew was great, the bid was very fair and the results have been fantastic. Would recommend A+ insulation to anyone as they were professional on the job site and performed the job fast and effective on the older remodeled home we purchased.

Brandon came by to check out insulation today and I was so impressed with this company! A painting company had actually told us our insulation might be bad so I reached out to A+ Insulation to get it checked. Brandon was super kind and professional! He checked our insulation and was extremely honest about what we needed and what we didn’t. I was very impressed by this company and will definitely recommend them to others!

Jesus and Doug installed the blown attic insulation today and did a great job. They showed up on time, were very courteous, did a thorough job of sealing gaps in vents, ceiling fans and lights, and covered the attic deep in new insulation! They explained exactly what they were going to do and answered my questions directly.
They were recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend too!
