I did the cleaning for this company as a favor because they had no people to work in their clinics, so they subbed out their hospital locations. which i am sure it's against contract policy. Anyway. they stiffed me on payment. Had to send to collections.

Someone from this office called my 5 times and was rude on the phone. When I asked him NOT to call me again, he said, "So you want me to call you back?" If they are THIS unprofessional on the phone can you imagine the kind of service you would get from their cleaning crews?

The number that was calling me was from Denver and not Lenexa. I do want to make that clear...

Later.... the manager from the call center called to tell me that the rep who was rude was being fired. He wanted to express that this is not the way the company operates and thanked me for my feedback. I always say it's not the mistakes you make sometimes, but the way you handle them. I added a few more stars for the way they handled this situation.

Stratus has been our contracted cleaner for many years and we throughly appreciate all they have done for our venue. Our contracted cleaner is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond every time he's here. And they are so much more than a cleaning service. Our contracted cleaner helps with special work for events and has proven to be a life saver! We love working with Stratus and look forward to continuing the relationship we have formed with them over the years.
