We paid $12k for our bat project back in July and they gave us five years warranty no bats. Last week one bat got inside our house. My husband and I have called them three times but they have not called us back or sent anyone. This is not acceptable.

Can't come out when they say they will. Won't schedule for the correct time. I've called multiple times and they still can't get things right.

avoid this company! I have called them so many times and was told different things. Their plan and billing is so confusing. They couldn't even explain it to me. their explanation kept changing. I would not recommend or ever use again!
