Great company and service. Luke did a great job, and explained different garbage disposal recommendations. Prompt, friendly, communicative, and all around great experience. I’ll definitely used them again! Hopefully not too soon though haha!

Malcolm Kelley is great at what he does. Completed our repair in about 30 minutes. Your idea of dressing these guys in very cool uniforms was an excellent idea. If I ever need another repair I will call you guys and ask for Malcolm.

Luke & Juan came out to fix a back flow issues we were having in our house with one toilet, they thoroughly explained everything, took their time, informed us of all charges before hand and even sent us video footage for our reference later on, for possible issues that may form later on in our house. Will definitely use them again if the need arises again!

The guys were professional and did a great job of keeping us informed. Had a pretty in depth job with having the floor being saw cut and the kitchen sink having to be completely re-plumber. The guys did a great job and even stayed late to make sure the job got done in one day. Could not be happier. I highly recommend Connely Plumbing.

My sump pump was 19+ years old & with the last heavy rain had continued to run, non-stop and even displayed evidence of water seepage. Less than 24 hours later, Luke R. arrived. He explained the mechanics of what had happened and what needed to be done to rectify the situation. He was very knowledgeable & professional. I was charged over $120 by one company simply to be told another crew would need to flush my pipes, while others offered conflicting advice without identifying the actual issue.

I can’t say enough good things about Connolly! Unfortunately (for me) I desperately needed a reliable competent and honest plumber for a collapsed drain in our 118 year old home. I called Connolly for a second opinion after receiving a bid from a drain cleaning company. Their bid was half the price. And the service was outstanding! They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They presented options to me and allowed me to make the decisions. And the guys that came out were fantastic! A GREAT experience in an undesirable situation. Thanks so much!

I worked with Malcom Kelly. Upon scheduling an appointment, Malcom contacted me and offered an earlier time slot to come look at our kitchen sink not draining. I needed a new battery for one of my back up sump pumps plus a diagnosis for a tub leak. I also decided to have one of my primary sump pumps replaced. Everything was taken care of perfectly. My tank water heater died, parts are no longer made for it so I got FOUR bids to replace with a TANKLESS water heater. Connelly's rep was very polite & knowledgeable, explained what my situation was and what needed to be done and was very thorough. His bid covered two different sized tankless water heaters and they were Emailed promptly after his visit. Once all 4-companies bids were received, Connelly Plumbing Solutions had not only beat the competition, but beat them with BOTH bids using the same manufacturers water heater! I accepted their bid and scheduled the installation for that Friday. PROMPTLY 2-technicians arrived, capped my gas & water lines pulled the existing water heater and removed it. Then brought in the new tankless water heater and installation parts, re-routed the gas and water lines as needed, installed the tank and had the job completed in under 3-hours! We reviewed their work and they explained in easy to understand terms how the new tankless system works and both my wife and I felt comfortable with their explanation and tutoring. The technicians finished their clean-up and left. The unit has been in the house for a week tomorrow and we've had no problems at all with water, water temperature, gas or electricity. Both my wife and I have NO PROBLEM giving Connelly Plumbing Solutions a 5-Star Rating across the board; and we'll definitely call them again for other plumbing needs!

Adam was friendly, prompt and very professional. He offered excellent explanations of the work necessary. He told me the most financially reasonable repair route. He was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Connelly Plumbing for any future needs.

I cannot recommend Connelly Plumbing enough. I was given a 2 hour window when they would show up (8-10am) and they arrived right at 8am. I got a notification when they were on their way with location, which was great to manage my dogs before they showed up. Malcolm Kelley helped us and was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that he gave me an estimate for the service and didn’t pressure me into having work done until I was able to talk with my husband. 10/10 will be calling them with any issues in the future.

Adam is great! I thought I was going to need a new faucet but he had a quick trick that he wanted to try first – and it worked! Saved me hundreds of $$$.
