Roofing & Gutters reviews in Lenexa, Kansas

What a great pleasant experience…. With any house repair, you always have the worry if you’re getting a good estimate, honest price and a job well done.
I did get all of that…. I would recommend this company!!!!

Bravo HT Roofing and Construction!!!!

We loved working with HT Roofing & Construction! They were responsive from the beginning all the way through completion of the project. All of our questions were answered timely and we are very happy with our new roof and gutters. We will definitely use HT Roofing & Construction in the future!

We had a great experience working with HT Roofing & Construction. We had James hardie siding installed along with new gutters and our house looks brand new! Licio always kept in touch and provided constant updates. His team was efficient and you can see the attention to detail in their work. We will definitely be calling Licio for future projects.

I highly recommend Licio and the HT Roofing team. Not only was their quality of work excellent, but they worked extensively on my behalf with my insurance company to take an original claim approval for less than $1,000 to a full roof replacement. They earned every fairly-priced penny of business. Call them for your roofing needs, you will not regret it.

I highly recommend Licio and HT Roofing. Communication and customer service was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, and provided clear documentation and videos. He was so great with documentation that when working with the insurance company, the insurance adjuster decided he didn't even need to come out and insurance covered not only the roof but Licio was able to get new gutters as well! The crew showed up when they said they would. Was very courteous, and was very careful not to damage my home or landscape. They put up necessary tarps to protect my home. I can't recommend Licio and his team more.

Excellent experience with HT Roofing. They completed gutter and roof installation through an insurance claim. Very professional and helpful and communicated well. They adjusted to the time line from insurance, got the work done efficiently and it turned out great. Would highly recommend!

HT Roofing did an excellent job helping repair a leak and some wood rot in our siding. They were vey professional, resolved the issue quickly, and were great to work with. I will definitely call them again when we are ready to paint or install siding for the whole house. Would recommend for anyone!

Working with HT Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. Yessenia was great getting us scheduled for an estimate and pleasant to work with throughout the installation of our new roof. Licio was very knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish. They roofing crew was very conscientious about protecting the landscaping around the house.

Our new roof looks wonderful and is now properly ventilated. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

HT roofing was wonderful! We had hail damage and my insurance company was being difficult to work with but Licio and his team were persistent and communicated everything along the way. They did all of the work with my insurance and made it an easy process! Our new roof and gutters look amazing. They also had several color choices that another company we talked with didn't have so that was a bonus as well. Our house looks great!

We have used HT Roofing & Construction for two jobs so far and plan on calling them for more work in the near future. For both jobs, one on the roof for multiple leaks and one to change the direction of a down-spout for out gutter, I was very satisfied with their work. In both cases, the work was done quickly, cleanly, and without any defects -- great quality! They were very meticulous in their attention to detail and found several areas where my roof needed repairs and they were able to address each one of them in a timely manner. After the job was complete, they made sure all their waste materials were picked up and you could not even tell they had been onsite, other than the fact that the leaks in the roof were gone.
Licio is a fantastic contact, when he comes out, he is very professional, very helpful in explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done. He also comes back and ensures that the work that was completed is done according to the specifications agreed to in the quote. I will definitely be calling on HT Roofing & Construction for work in the future.

Update:
Our third job was just complete on 10/10/2023. We were having issues in the winter where moisture would accumulated in the attic and then when it thawed, the ice would cause ceiling water spots.

Licio came out and analyzed the situation and found that it was due to poor airflow (ventilation) in the attic. We had enough vents, but the vents were clogged from paint and we needed new baffles to ensure insulation did not fall and cause clogging.

The crew arrived on time. They were very courteous. They did a neat job and cleaned up everything before leaving.

I highly recommend HT Roofing & Construction. They are professionals, clean work, use great technology for analyzing the customer needs. They are honest and hardworking. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

I hope I don't need a new roof soon, but when I do, I will be calling HT Roofing & Construction.

Lucio came out to provide me with an estimate for the gutter repair that we needed. He also provided me a rough estimate of what it would cost to replace all gutters and downspouts- which was thousands less than others have quoted. I was satisfied with how professional he was and the estimate that I was given so we scheduled the gutters repairs. Initially I was told that it would be 1-2 weeks. However, they had an opening and my work was completed within 3 days of our estimate. They were quick, courteous and before they started they made sure that they understood what I wanted and the work quoted. I appreciated the thoroughness! But what I appreciate the absolute most is how great our gutters and downspouts look that they replaced. No mess left over, quality work and quality products. I have bad stories in regards to contractors and businesses not providing service that they promise but this company gave me hope! Should we decide to replace all of the remaining gutters and downspouts then I will be contacting them no doubt. In addition to any other work we need that they're able to complete. Very confident in recommending this company.

Licio and his team at HT Roofing & Construction just replaced our roof, gutters and window casings and did a fantastic job! They got the job done efficiently and were always on time, which we really appreciated. Licio and Yessenia were a pleasure to work with. They're knowledgeable about the insurance process and helped us navigate through it during the replacement. We loved that they were always responsive and great with their communication, too. If you're looking for a reliable company, go with Licio and Yessenia at HT Roofing. We're really glad we chose them!

This review is coming in 2 years after the work was completed on our roof. They did a great job offering solutions to our roof problems while being understanding to the budget. HT removed our old roof, repaired decking, fixed a couple split rafters, added ventilation (that fixed ice damming issue), corrected flashing to siding, and added fleshing to prevent animals chewing. 2 years year and it still looks and acts like the day they finished. Good personal service. Licio does a great job connecting with the on site fabricators and checking in on progress/quality in person.

I needed some roof repair work done on my home. Not something one often needs. HT Roofing & Construction was one of the companies I contacted, and they were the only ones that promptly replied.
Licio came and assessed the situation. He provided pictures and video with descriptions of the issues, and then submitted a bid with a couple of options, both of which were reasonable.
The crew came and did a really excellent job. Pictures of the finished work were provided as well.
I was really pleased with the whole experience doing business with HT Roofing & Construction and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Licio has always been great to work with. I recommend HT roofing to all friends and family. They are quick to respond, schedule, and always will be honest. I also love their system in place for sending out your reports which are so user friendly and quick to access. Always use HT Roofing for all your roofing needs!

Licio & Yessenia Tamburlini were the absolute best with our new roof. Yessenia did an amazing job working with my insurance. Licio was great with communicating what all work was being done and the timelines for everything.

HT Roofing & Construction is the best hands down. I had multiple jobs I needed taken care of on my recent home purchase. Licio came out and did a thorough evaluation, explained everything to me, and sent me over an estimate within 24 hours. He got me on the schedule quickly, and his guys did the jobs in no time flat. After his team completed the jobs, he came back out and ensured that everything was done to my liking and that I was happy with the work. 10/10 would recommend HT Roofing & Construction for all your jobs! :)

Had a great experience with HT Roofing. Received a very warm initial phone call with HT. Always great to feel like a customer and not burden to a company! Inspection by Lucio 2 days later and received estimate within a couple of hours. This was for torn shingle replacement, minor other repairs (house is 1.5 years old). Before and after photos were taken and shared with me. Payment occurred after repairs and was done online. Really positive experience and would highly recommend.

Licio is exceptional! He runs a trustworthy and honest business. Very professional and boy, does he know his roofs! He gave us an honest review on whether or not we needed a new roof. Turns out we don’t. But he took his sweet time with us, explaining the what and the why, and making sure we felt comfortable with his conclusion. Truly so grateful for him and his team. Highly recommend.

HT did a fantastic job with my roof and gutters. Their work is impressive and super important. Moreover the support I received from Peter and Yessini managing the insurance component was amazing. I had to do very little back and forth with the insurance process, as they did it all. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic group and company. Licio knows what he is talking about and truly cares! Always our go to for a roof!
