I have been using this Company for almost a year now.
The turnaround of Employees has been a crucial factor,
It’s like girls only stay for 2-3 months at a time and then you get a new one.
Lately for the last month I have been given appointments and the Owner Melissa takes them with her without even notifying me.
I had been told that my worker was assisting a fellow Colleague having Car Trouble and she would be here soon.
She ended up being a no call and a no show cleaning service worker!
Nor the company or the worker contacted me and I waited for service at home for 4-5 hours.
I could have been spending my time much more productively.
Today October 18, is my birthday,
and I was sent an Invite for a change of time!
The new time was Changed To 0915:-1:15.
Once again I this was A NO CALL AND NO SHOW!
I called and Texted to No-Avail!
Then when I called and left a Message about how,
Unprofessional, Unethical, and Undependable M&R had become,
I was told that no more Services would be rendered!
To treat a Customer this way on Her Birthday when I am a Disabled American Veteran Female who just got Diagnosed with GOUT.
Buyer Please Check References, Call New and Past Customers, Ask to See Background Checks of M&R Workers. Please don’t be like me and need help so bad, YOU DON’T DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK!
