Having issues with a HVAC unit that they serviced 4 months ago. Had another tech open it up and see an outrageous amount of build up. He claims there is no way it only happened in 4 months. We paid for a diagnostic and they left after doing the bare minimum. The unit is now rusted from the inside out and will need hundreds of dollars to repair.

I also had them come back out to right this wrong and the technician decided to argue with me about the scope of a diagnostic instead. Apparently a diagnostic only covers the most forward facing issue and ends there.

On Time was able to come out to my house the day I called. Jason did an excellent job fixing my tub drain. He went over and above advising me on several products to clean and maintain other sinks and drains in my house. He was super helpful!! I will definitely be using On Time again!

Frank came out and worked on our water heater was having problems with the pilot light he was very nice. Great customer service very mannerful I would recommend him on any job.

I reached out to this company at 8:50 a.m. after my 2-year-old flushed Hot Wheels down the toilet, and within an hour a plumber was on the way. The plumber, Jason Cocrum, arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and was incredibly kind and respectful. He even took the time to answer a few questions from my curious 4-year-old. We were very impressed with his work and professionalism!

My drain specialist Jason Cockrum was the best! Professional, went out of his way to be clean, and most of all very kind, and he solved my drain issue. Definitely an asset to On Time Plumbing.

Their communication was outstanding—they took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me informed every step of the way.
