My experience was totally not what I expected he was very agitated when he started. And couldn’t seem to get himself under control screaming cussing with my one year old and teenage daughter in the room. In fact when when he was leaving threw his tools down took his glasses off and squared up to me. I hope this man was just having a bad day he kept telling me what he was going to do and he was the owner and wasn’t going to put up with my attitude because I asked him to put the round pin on the bottom of the plug in. Thanks I hope this helps you decide weather or not to have him in your house.

I am the owner and have tried to claim this ad. I am responding to the 1 star complaint.. first off this guy was telling me how to do my job. He does not own the home, nor did he call me. His parents own the home and I work for them. as far as cussing I did say a couple of choice words to him. and I should not have said them. His own daughter said they cuss around the child frequently. As far as the customer is always right, that is not always the case. If I did everything my customers have suggested, I would short some customers!! I look forward to serving my customers In McPherson and surrounding areas in the future, as I have for the last 12 years now. Thanks and take care. Tom Thall owner at TTI Electrical Services.
