If you're looking for a heating and cooling salesperson who actually understands the technical side of HVAC, Jake Goodwin is the best I've worked with. He's sharp, well informed and incredibly thorough. He knows the products, the systems and what works long-term. Hands down one of the strongest sales professionals I've ever met!

Have been having issues with our furnace randomly shutting off and called Polestar. Our tech, Nick, was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the issues. Will be calling them out for the next issue we have in our home.

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!! We had this company install a new HVAC system and they stared charging us for a monthly service agreement on our credit card that we never agreed to and did not sign up for. I tried contacting them on four separate occasions and was told the owner was looking into the matter. They never returned any of my calls and they continued to charge us. We had to dispute these with our credit card company and even then they continue the charges so I had to dispute them again. I would never recommend a company that uses these dishonest practices.
