The High Prairie Landscape Group was a pleasure to work with from design to finish. Their team was available, responsive and and very courteous. Talked through multiple design options until we arrived at the right one. The installation team welcomed questions and explained in great detail to ensure the end product was exactly what we had visioned. Would definitely work with High Prairie again!

Our High Prairie landscape design is almost complete, and we've had three neighbors stop to compliment us on it. One even told us it belongs on a magazine cover. It takes the look of our house to the next level, because Katy did such a nice job making the design work with the architecture. From Katy to each worker involved in the installation, everyone has been easy and pleasant to work with.

What a delight! High Prairie took our tired, 30-year-old front yard landscaping and breathed new life into it. It's stunning! From the very first meeting with Justin, we were kept informed of the process at every step. We most appreciated the professionalism and top-notch communication along the way. High Prairie went above and beyond with our project. From the moment I met with Katy (our designer), I knew that I had chosen the right company for our job. Katy took what I envisioned our landscaping to be and delivered an even better result. The communication and knowledge behind all the crew members was outstanding. I never once felt left out of the loop and was always updated immediately if there were any changes or weather delays. The construction and installation crew were always so nice and respectful. They even showed off some of the machines they were using to my little kids.

The end result has not only added value to our property, but complements the style of our home. I plan to use High Prairie for future projects and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a one stop company for all your landscaping needs.

Katy Doll was our landscape designer, and she was great from start to finish! She assisted with an incredible berm design for our yard, as well as coordinated a project on an outdoor kitchen smoker installation. Both projects turned out beautiful. All of the High Prairie employees that came out were professional and very friendly. As can be expected on a large job, there were a couple of evergreens that didn't survive the transplant shock, which I know sometimes happens. High Prairie and Katy were very quick and easy to work with to get the replacement plants, and Katy was great about providing updates throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend High Prairie Landscape for any of projects, as they are a great group to work with!

Most people don’t write reviews of a job well done, and I certainly fail in this area as well. But, I feel compelled to write this review of the work High Prairie has done for our home and family. Simply put, High Prairie Outdoors is nothing short of amazing. They took on a rather large and complex project for our family and completely transformed our outdoor living space. We were really looking for something which was updated and designed beautifully while being exceedingly functional, with multiple areas of interest. High Prairie spent the time to ensure they understood our wants and needs and were able to consult with us along the way. Their creative design went way beyond what we could have ever imagined. They completely rebuilt our in-ground pool, installed a magnificent stone deck with surrounding landscaping, added a built-in infinity edge spa, designed a beautiful sunken fire-pit/seating area, created an outdoor kitchenette, and constructed a truly remarkable year-around outdoor glass pool house with an attached bathroom. Their customer focus and support has been exceptional from consultation, to design, to construction and continues after the work is done! Relationships matter to High Prairie and it shows. If you are looking for something the entire family can enjoy and is a beautiful, serene investment for the future, you simply have to give High Prairie a call. High Prairie Outdoors redesigned our patio last year and it looked great. Minor separation of a few pavers developed during this very dry summer. With just one call, High Prairie had an expert crew on-site to standby their warranty and reposition several pavers. The patio looks great again. All of our guests have asked, "Who did this work?" Answer - High Prairie!

Didn't have any work done with High Prairie but had a terrible interaction with them. Contacted them to see about having the coping on my existing pool replaced. The woman that I spoke with on the phone really didn't seem at all interested in my business when I told her I was from Peculiar, MO. She made up a lie about us being outside the range which is 45 min and we are actually 40. Then she also told me that any work being done would start at 75k. I read through their website and also looked at a brochure they sent me and it said they do projects starting at 1500. The the only thing high about this company is how high their noses are in the air.

Update: This was sent to my email by High Prairie when I ask for bid information on a job. It clearly shows in the image that small projects range from $1200 to $15000. I also had someone from High Prairie reach out to me about starting my project due to the request. Seems to me if we were outside the service area neither should have happened. So you tell me what part of my comment was fraudulent.

We’ve been so happy with High Prairie! Our lawn and landscaping has never looked better! We also use them for our pool. We had to have our pool completely re-plastered because of shoddy workmanship from the original pool company. They did an amazing job! No leaks anymore! Emily takes has taken care of our pool for the last two years and it looks amazing! She is so knowledgeable and hard working! We are so thrilled with High Prairie!

The High Prairie team were fantastic to work with! Nathan was very helpful and efficient and provided great advice and guidance including a calendar of care moving forward. A beautiful selection of plants was recommended which really fit with our lifestyle. The installation team of Tyler, Ryan, Andrew, Chris and LJ worked tirelessly in the heat to produce a fantastic result which will bring us joy for many years to come. Thanks guys! High Prairie Landscape did an incredible job on our project. The walkway and steps are simply stunning. The communication, work ethic, and quality from the High Prairie team was exceptional. We've had several neighbors comment on how wonderful it looks and ask who we hired. We are very happy.

Exceptional design and installation. Worked with Rider (design) and Pat, Ethan and Parker (installation) and Paul (irrigation). There were others who also were excellent at completing our project. They care about the work they do and listen to the customer. This is our second project with them and there will definitely be more.

We dreamed of enlarging our patio for years and stumbled upon High Prairie Landscape pictures. We fell in love and scheduled a meeting with a designer, Katy, thinking we could never afford it. Katy came up with an amazing patio and landscaping concept and made it within our budget. The construction crew and installation team were all amazing. They worked hard, all day in the heat, and always cleaned up at the end of the day so that our dog could still use our yard. When we had questions, there was immediate feedback. Everyone was so kind and professional. We were/are blown away by this company and how much their design and product has added to our house. We LOVE our outdoor space and are so grateful to High Prairie for making our patio dreams come true.

Switching landscaping firms to High Prairie was one of those great ‘life decisions’ that we continually commend ourselves on. In the course of one season High Prairie transformed the previous firm’s scraggly lawn into a uniform, green sea of grass worthy of a golf course. High Prairie is distinguised by its staff each member of which wants to perfom superior work. These aren’t laborers; these are craftspeople. In particular, Mike, responsible for mowing, cuts beautifully. He takes his time and ensures that his work is flawless before leaving the site. He won’t race or skid, and so the grass is unmarred by ruts or any sign of carelessness. “Can’t wait ‘til Mike shows!,” we say each week. Mike’s teammate Kiley is the grooming member of the team. Kiley manages edging, shrub trimming, and plant bed maintenance. The yard glows after each of her visits. Our dogs like to eat one shrub each morning, and having no idea what it was, I challenged Kiley, “Do you happen to know what this thing is?” She replied, “It’s viburnum.” Finally, in addition to being skilled, High Prairie staff across the board is always friendly and happy to discuss landscaping. The work is hard, and that staff can remain cheeful throughout each long day is wonderful. Good for them! There is NO going back to any other landscaper…

Maturing trees were causing our berms to become pretty crowded. In order to make new room for both trees and plantings, it was necessary first to expand the perimeter. Rather than to send landscapers as we had expected, however, High Prairie put surgeons on the job. The team of Jonny, Monty, and Jacob was akin to a SEALs team: theirs was a defined mission and they had the training and artistry to complete this work. Work started first thing each day and ended around 5 – not your standard office work day. The rebuild started by clearing about 4 feet of established lawn along the berm circumference. This was followed by composting, tilling, and edging. Then came lighting, irrigation fine tuning, stone work, mulching and planting. Towards the end of the job, the dogs lobbied for a second stone walk off the deck to give them something fresh to look at. Jonny accommodated them with a new walk which he installed as quickly and as easily as opening a can of soda.

High Prairie always leaves a good end product. It is equally important to note that the manner in which work is performed is key too. At the end of each day, there was no evidence that High Prairie had been there: no luncheon trash was ever evident, tools weren’t left scattered in the driveway overnight, and everything including the street was blown clean before anyone left. I can’t imagine that better work could be performed here.

We gave High Prairie a try after a couple of years with another landscaping service and I’m so glad we made the switch!

Bruce has been my point of contact for over 4 years and I’m happy with their team’s work and excellent customer service. Monty, Isaiah and Sean has taken great care of the landscaping, wonderful to see regularly and has been so kind to my dog.

It’s been fun to custom design seasonal color with Bruce who is a professional! They also do Christmas lights so it’s a nice value added service!

Can’t be happier!!!
