I'm a longtime customer of KB complaint, and since they've changed ownership. The company my opinion has just gone downhill. I had a service technician. Come to my house to service. My unit, and I've asked, I've called 3 times and can't get anybody to return my call, talk to somebody that answered the phone that is extremely rude called back. And talked to a lady, I asked for a supervisor she got on the phone and said she was gonna talk to such, and such, and of course, they never called back. And I called back again. And a lady said, well, let me know what's going on. And you can just tell, she just didn't care. So I've tried 3 × 2 get a return call from a manager, a supervisor because they didn't spray off my unit, and I wanna know why. As long as I've had been using KB complete, they've always done that. And they so, is that one thing that they're not doing anymore? It's part of the service that I paid for but they take my money. So they've changed a 100%. I wish the old people that had it before would come back. And show them how it's supposed to be done. They didn't get the customers by being rude and not caring, they used to care, but now they just want to take your money. So I'm very disappointed with K. B complete extremely. Can't get a phone call a return call? And I've tried 3 times actually, 4, so what does it take me to show up there? And I told him that

I had been using KB for over a decade. The service and quality and value has substantially gone down. $828 for a faucet installation. Left my bathroom an absolute mess. Said my leaky shower head was not an issue. Tried to sell me a 7k water purification system. Incredibly sad to see hon the business is being managed.

I will never do business with these people again. The technicians are amazing and did great work, but the financing department is a scam!! Didn't contact me until after work had already started and electrical box was removed, was told I could get interest free financing, which is why I chose this company, to then get told I actually didn't qualify and was forced into a loan with 17.99%, the people they sent my loan to are not professional. They also build me for a new outdoor box when they used an existing one

Set up an estimate appointment and they can't tell you a window of time they'll be there except for 30 min before they will be there. Got late in the day so I cancelled it through email. Then got a call and voicemail then text. So I went to confirm the cancellation and they sent a text saying they were from AB May so I said no service with the other company and confirmed again I wanted to cancel. Then they called once again and when I finally answered the lady didn't see that I already cancelled.
When I went back to Google reviews they had alot of edited reviews that were almost all five stars that they originally replied to years before. I found that a little suspicious so I won't be going back to them.

Used this company less than 6 months ago to install a new unit. Already has broke. Scheduling service is a nightmare. Have warranty to ensure "priority" appointments, doesn't matter. Office staff unhelpful. Can't offer a window of arrival, offer 8am-8pm. Very disappointed overall with the service/quality from KB.

Do not trust them - very slimy sales tactics. They tried to tell me that my AC unit was going to need a $7500 repair, so they tried to upsell me on a new unit. Called All American (located in Gladstone and locally owned) the next day and all it needs is a $1300 repair. So many unsuspecting victims, warn your family and friends!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from this company! The technician arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and had our system up and running in no time. He took the time to explain what the issue was and even gave us some tips to keep things running efficiently. Pricing was fair and transparent — no surprise charges. Called these guys when we had that last heat wave and they got out and got everything taken care of same day. The techs were so nice and made sure to explain things so I understood it. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Tried to charge me 700.00 for a 20 minute shower head replacement!! Embarrassingly predatorial!! I feel bad for their unsuspecting victims.

Justin Mathes was fantastic! He arrived early to our appointment and quickly resolved our issue. He even replaced a hose that was not in his list to ensure our unit is in tip top shape. He is always very professional and helpful.

Randy came out early this morning to assess our options to replace our old water heater, which had started to leak. He answered all of our questions and was able to provide several options. We opted for a tankless water heater, and he was able to come back later the same day and got it installed. We appreciate the time he spent explaining our new system and all the work that he and his coworker Kevin did, and he answered other questions we had best as he could. Having the new water heater so quickly is a relief as we were not sure how much longer our old tank would hold.

Had my water heater serviced this morning, and Rob was outstanding—professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain my options and important considerations, helping me make an informed decision. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and expertise. Alex did a wonderful job. He was on time, courteous and took the trouble to make sure I fully understood what was going on and what my options were, and he answered my questions thoroughly. Appointment schedule was great and the scheduler was helpful. All in all, a very positive experience.

We had a buzzing sound coming from our furnace. Brandon inspected the unit and found that our fan cover was warped. He adjusted the part as a temporary fix and priced out a new fan for us (recommended replacement ASAP). He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and completed the job in a timely manner. We are pleased with the service!

It was a please to work with Eli. He was very detailed in explaining our heating issues and gave me options with prices. It was also same day repairs / installation. He was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend him and Kb Complete again.
