Ultra is great. I needed a new HVAC system and their salesman not only quoted me the best price, but he wasn't pushy at all (unlike literally everyone else I got a quote from). And their service team is fast and responsive, whether it's for maintenance or a seasonal checkup. No complaints whatsoever.

A great experience for several years. Extremely responsive, professional employees, "on call" appointments in the middle of the night for non-functioning heating/air conditioning issues, and very transparent pricing. I haven't felt "upsold" and because Ultra emphasizes enrollment in the maintenance program (which is billed monthly to even out costs) they have looked for ways to save our family money when repair/new installation work is needed.
