We found a busted line in our front yard faucet. My husband dug a massive hole to get to the leak before figuring out he couldn’t fix it himself, so we called Pat. He came out, didn’t bring a pump as discussed over the phone, and was using a cup to get the water out then told my 65 year old in-laws that the hole needed to be bigger and left. Overall very unprofessional and we won’t use his services in the future.
