Pat responded to my non urgent call in less than 24 hours. He had to order parts and he was there in just a couple of days and fixed all of the problems we were having as well as fixing the problems that the previous plumber had done poorly. I would very much recommend him.

We found a busted line in our front yard faucet. My husband dug a massive hole to get to the leak before figuring out he couldn’t fix it himself, so we called Pat. He came out, didn’t bring a pump as discussed over the phone, and was using a cup to get the water out then told my 65 year old in-laws that the hole needed to be bigger and left. Overall very unprofessional and we won’t use his services in the future.

Very rude and disrespectful! Have an emergency situation and I have 6 year old twins and he yelled at me for something I have absolutely no control over! Will never recommend him for anything to anybody!
