Dean is the best! The issue with my oven not heating and smelling like gas was diagnosed and fixed in a hour. Tager is always professional, courteous, and have reasonable prices. They are the only people I call for appliance repair. My appliances are going on 15 years.

Dean was very informative about the possible cause of the leak in my fairly new washing machine. We found a spare zip cord which he put into the machine to hold something together. He suggested less soap, and to clean the washer with a special tablet. He started the machine before he left and put it on Tub, to clean it.

He was very polite and showed up exactly on time. He texted me 25 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way.

Tager Appliance Repair is our new go to for appliance repair. Bryan, an extremely knowledgeable appliance service expert, came out and assessed our malfunctioning oven. After numerous tests on the motherboards, he was able to show me all the failure point. More importantly, he went over new part costs and provided valuable insight on whether to fix or replace based on the costs. Now I know why they’ve received all 5 star reviews. These guys are amazing. I had an icemaker and a dishwasher issue I called after hours left a message they called back the next day set up the appointment time for the following day. Technician came out super nice looked at everything gave us a more than reasonable quote went and got the parts came back and finished it up. Didn't try to upsell us just took care of the problem Fast and I can't reiterate how reasonable I thought the pricing was Gonna refer these guys to everyone I know

Our friends recommended Tager and we called them for service. A real person answered, and was friendly and professional. We were able to schedule a service call very promptly, with a short arrival window. We were advised of the technician’s name who would be coming, in a vehicle identified with their company name. He texted us when on the way, right on time. Our technician was Mark, who was friendly and very knowledgeable and competent. He listened to our description of the problem we were experiencing, and was able to successfully diagnose it and suggest a solution and the cost to repair. It was reasonable and we said okay. He had the parts to repair on his vehicle and removed the malfunctioning parts and replaced with new factory brand parts. After installing he waited to make sure it was operating correctly. We were very pleased. Highly recommend. A+++++

From start to finish - great service! Scheduling was a breeze (not to mention rescheduling when I had a conflict!), and Mark was always on time and very friendly. Dean and Mat came out to investigate a noise issue I thought was a bearing that had gone bad on a LG washer - the result of their investigation was that the bearing was fine, and the washer was simply too close to the wall, and the noise was the hose banging against the back of the dryer as the cycling changed in the wash cycle - very honest and professional team - highly recommended

Bryan repaired our dryer. After he diagnosed the issue he gave us a detailed list of the problems and parts costs. We agreed and he was efficient and he finished the work and
had us look at the bad parts and he also vacuumed the inside before closing up the dryer again. This guy is a pleasant fellow and very well trained. This will be our go to company from now on.

Mark did a great job at diagnosing and repairing my LG freezer fan and helping me get my default temperatures set up. He even had my dachshund, Oliver’s, seal of approval by the time he was done. I would definitely use Tager Appliance repair again!
