Look no further. They are professional - can do fences of all kinds, decks and retaining walls - All which will get an A+ from particular city inspectors. Harco is a great company, and we thank them for all the improvements to the oasis in our back yard. Timely, on budget, polite... this is the whole package and the kind of company you will want to hire.

We had Crowne Inspections inspect a home we were looking to purchase in Pleasant Hill. Kevin and John did a GREAT job of detailing things that should be addressed. I would absolutely recommend them if you need a home inspection. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a 6 foot privacy fence installed by Harco. They were very fast, professional, and did a great job! We are so pleased we had our fence done by them. We did a lot of research and chose them for their good reviews from neighbors and fair price.

Chris and Direct Inspections is wonderful! My family recommended him to us from doing their inspection and we're soo happy we chose him for our first home inspection and if we ever move again, we'd use him again. So easy to work with and very knowledgable! Escpesially for being first time home buyers, we came in very unsure of this whole process and Chris made us feel at ease and answered all our questions and was a big help!

The inspection was thorough and found several small issues that had eluded our notice. The gentlemen who ran through the inspection with us were informative and very willing to answer questions when I did not understand what their report meant at times. They were very respectful and they explained issues as well as what sort of attention they warranted, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I was very pleased with their inspection as a potential buyer of a property and if I need another home inspection I will plan on calling them again.

Harco did a great job putting in our new fence. We met with them to discuss what type and where we wanted it but they took over after that.. showed up, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend using Harco for all of your fencing needs!

Great people to deal with. Hard workers and reliable. Ben keeps you informed during the whole process.
Unfortunately I was hit with an unexpected mold problem. They explained everything, were prompt and efficient.

Had a great experience with Kevin and Mike! We had a lot of small stuff and a couple bigger things that needed working on. These guys went through the house, and remarkable job doesn't even describe how well they did their job and made us feel very happy. I recommend everyone use Crown!!! If Kevin and Mike ever see this I want them to know we really appreciated everything and I will be sharing your business cards with everyone I know. Give these men a raise.

Last year, we purchased an older home in Brookside with a large and rotting elevated deck (over a slope) and a long set of stairs leading up to it. After reviewing many other contractors, we chose Harco, and the project is now finished, to our delight. A complicated set of stairs, deck, and 38-foot fence went up in 15 days, at a cost of about $25K. Mike was great throughout about refining the project as we went after any miscommunication or change of opinion, and charged us more than fairly for extras. We really appreciated small touches of class involving extra carpentry shaping and finish work. Dean was the best foreman, able to do absolutely everything and respond creatively to cope with unexpected twists and turns. We recommend this company without reservation!

Great Job by Zack yesterday... spent over 4.5 hours with my wife and I as we inspected 2 homes we are getting ready to buy. After his inspection on the 1st house, it was obvious to him and us that there was major foundational issues w/ the house in the crawl space. (also electrical, sewer, fire place, and just poor workmanship that you wouldn't pick up when doing a normal walk thru to buy a house..)

So his inspection saved us from some potential money pits down the road with house #1... For which we are grateful.. spending a little bit of money to have a pro look over everything, is a wise investment to save from potential problems down the road.

On house #2 - he spent another 2 hours going over everything in the house and he was honest with us about some of the issues he found with this house, but none of them were really huge surprises, and we saw them when we first went in. When your buying a 50+ year old home, there will always be issues - fortunately for us, Zach was able to have easy access to the basement and attic.. so no real surprises.. (he even pointed out some issues with the new roof they put in, so we are definitely gonna bring that up with the seller..)

So bottom line.. If you want a good home inspection team behind you - these guys are first rate. We had another group work with us on our other 5 homes we bought last year, and they didn't spend nearly the time or effort to look over as much as folks from Crown..

and their reports are awesome.. great pics, very detailed..

We will use Crown for all of our future purchases..

We did the inspection on the home we are under contract on today with Kevin and was the most pleasant experience we have had with inspectors. Kevin had already checked the outside of the property prior to our arrival and was prepared to go over this with us when we arrived. He then went through the entire home thoroughly with my husband. He and my husband discussed every aspect of the home and we felt even more confident in our decision afterwards. The binder he provided us afterward went over all inspected items and clearly pointed out the items that needed attention. He took the time to explain everything in the binder and reassure us of remedies and how those could be reached. We are extremely pleased with the experience we had with Kevin and Crown Inspections.

We are in the process of building our first home, so we needed an inspector to help monitor the build as it progressed. As such, we hired Chris to come out during different stages of the build, and he has been, by far, the most helpful resource through this process.
Scheduling the inspections has been very easy, and he is willing to work around schedules and be as available as possible, even through the busy season.
His inspections are very thorough, and has caught mistakes and errors through the process which definitely would have been missed otherwise. He writes up very detailed reports (with pictures) within 24 hours after the inspection, and has been very open to communicating over the phone to provide his advice and explanations of his findings.
We can confidently say that our home would not be built to the quality we expected without Chris' help. He is very accommodating, detail-oriented, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful.
We will continue to utilize his services throughout the remainder of the process, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality inspector.

They were incredibly flexible and specific. Not only was the final report thorough, they explained as they went through the house inspection. They were willing to answer all kinds of questions before, during, and after the inspection. And they were willing to come back and do further inspections as needed. I was very pleased with the workmanship and help.

What was supposed to be a 1-2 week project turned into a 5 week project since the materials for the pergola were not ordered properly. When we were told this, we didn't complain as we understand problems like this come up. The materials for the deck were in and that part of the project was completed in a week by the construction team. However, the original measurements were off and an additional step had to be built around the entire structure. This required us to call the irrigation company to come out (again) and pay them to move a sprinkler head (again). Once again, we didn't complain as we understand problems like this come up. In addition, we were obviously going to have to pay for the additional step, putting the cost above the original estimate. No complaints, problems like this come up.
During the 4 week intermission, we were the ones to reach out to Mike to find out when the project was going to finish up. The lack of communication was frustrating, but hey, they're a busy company, they're not obligated to actually pick up the phone and make a 2 minute check-in call to their customers who have an unfinished project in their backyard. Regardless, the lumber eventually showed up on our driveway and the work recommenced. Harco started work on Friday and finished on Saturday. (Quick note, they did not ask if they could work on Saturday, they just showed up.) When the work was completed, Mike called me on the phone to tell me they were all done and that someone would be coming by tomorrow to pick up the trailer they left behind. I said that wasn't a problem and that I would call next week to set up a walk-through to which Mike said, not a problem.
The next day, my wife and I were getting ready to leave in the afternoon, when Joe showed up to pick up the trailer. He rang the doorbell twice and started wandering around in the backyard. I went out to greet him and tell him the deck looked nice and that we were going to schedule a walk-through with Mike this week. Joe responded by saying that we were going to do the walk-through now and that after this, nobody was going to come back to our house -- they were done. I was a little off-put so I indulged Joe since he clearly didn't want to be argued with, knowing that we were still going to call Mike the next week to schedule a proper walk-through. After pointing out a few places that needed screws, I helped Joe load some of the leftover lumber into his trailer when my wife came out to say hello. She also talked about how we were going to call Mike to schedule a walk-through this week to which Joe again responded with a very abrupt, No, we already did the walk-through, nobody was going to come back to our house after this, and that they were done.
The next day, my wife sent Mike a very nice text about scheduling a proper walk-through (I've included a picture of said text), to which Mike promptly called her back and told her he was confused, we already did a walk-through with Joe. She tried to explain how Joe showed up unannounced to do an unscheduled walk-through and we wanted to set up a proper one with him. Mike then told her that he "knew this was going to happen" and said that my wife hadn't even been involved in the process of the deck getting built (never mind that it's her email that gets the billing invoices, it's her name on the checks, and the email and text exchanges she'd had). It was a very heated conversation as Mike was extremely rude in telling my wife SHE was the problem in this situation, that they were done, and that she was being unreasonable. All of this over a walk-through that would have just needed a handful of screws and a couple questions answered? Once Mike was done, Mike hung up on my wife and she called me in tears telling me about the conversation she just had. I called Mike to ease things over and explained the situation, and to also suggest he apologize to my wife for the phone call they had (he did call to apologize - 3 days later). But after I got off the phone, I started thinking about how everything went -- the problems we never complained about, and the lack of an apology for the things that went wrong. About how Joe acted that Sunday and the way Mike treated my wife on the phone on Monday, completely unprompted. We were very understanding, compromising customers, who were thanked for our kindness by being treated like this? We sent a text message to Mike saying we were disappointed and that we were sending the final payment, but do not contact us again. My wife and I got cryptic phone calls and messages from both Mike and Joe after that with messages that simply said: Please call me. Call you for what? Are you apologizing or are you wanting to tell me how much we were a pain to deal with again?
If you decide to go with Harco, make sure you catch them when they're in a good mood, because if they're having a bad week, they are going to take it out on you.

Buying a home from out of state, so having someone you can trust is of the greatest importance to me.. Chris was thorough and went over every detail and I feel that I got more than my money's worth using Direct Inspections
