Patrick was timely and great! We have used him for our home inspections on multiple occasions and have been pleased every time. Went above and beyond to answer our questions as well!

Patrick was awesome. We enjoyed talking to Patrick while he completed our inspection. He was thorough and tested every last thing in the house. We are extremely pleased with all of the information he was able to provide us. The 360 tour was a great addition and the ability to go through that and be able to click on any comments is extremely helpful.

I have now used Patrick and Pillar to Post for two different inspections. Both times I've been very impressed and happy with the results of the inspection. I believe he gives great value for the price of his service, will often respond back to you within minutes if you have a question and is genuinely a nice person to work with. I'll definitely be using his service for any future inspections.

The inspection of the home was very thorough and an oral report given at the end highlighted the most important items. We then received an in depth written report with pictures clearly outlining each finding. Very friendly but professional. Recommend strongly if you are looking to purchase a home.

Patrick with Pillar to Post was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to help the buyer understand the inspection report and how to address the issues. I would definitely refer him to other.

Always such a pleasant, smooth experience when dealing with Patrick at PillarToPost!!

Patrick was awesome. He was both very personable and knowledgeable which is exactly what you want in an inspector. Rather than just point out problems, he takes the time to explain them and gives actionable steps as to what you can do to feel comfortable moving forward. I highly recommend him for all of your inspection needs.

Patrick at pillar post did an inspection for me and a home that I was not going to be able to look at prior to purchase. His report was very detailed very clear pictures and a good summary report of issues that he found.

Patrick helped us figure out everything that needed attention in our house, after our first inspector (from a different company) missed a bunch of it. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped teach me how to fix some of the issues, or told me where to find that information. If I were to buy a home again, I would absolutely go with Patrick as my first inspector next time.

I recently used Pillar to Post for a property inspection on a condominium I just purchased, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The inspector was not only friendly and approachable, but he also provided a level of professional service that far exceeded my expectations. Every detail of the inspection was handled with the highest level of precision and care, giving me full confidence in my decision to invest my hard-earned money in this property. I truly appreciated the inspector’s thoroughness and the peace of mind the report provided. I highly recommend Pillar to Post for anyone looking for top-tier property inspection services!

Patrick was extremely professional but also patient when we had questions. He found problems with the first home we looked at that were serious and would have been long term concerns. He was honest about telling us that for a certain type of problem he felt we needed the assistance of a structural engineer. His reports are detailed and have helpful pictures.

Patrick was great to work with! He was able to fit us in on short notice and provided a detailed report shortly after. This was our first home and he gave us good recommendations.
