Love the team that comes to my house. Communication is great. They are on time and leave my house sparkling clean and smelling great!

We had an amazing initial deep clean. Quality was top notch. There was one hiccup with our appliance and how it was cleaned. That issue was immediately remedied and acknowledged professionally. I continue to use them every other week to minimize my stress of cleaning!

Home Sweep Home does a great job cleaning my elderly mother’s apartment. They show up on time and clean her place very thoroughly and quickly. The housekeepers are professional, friendly and caring.

I am extremely disappointed in the move in cleaning from this company. We hired them to do a move in clean of our house before we moved in. The house was vacant and we hired 2 people for 4 hours, and frankly, they should should have gotten things way more clean. We arrived a few days after the cleaning and as we are settling in have noticed it does not seem much cleaning actually happened. As far as we can tell, the only thing that occurred was a vacuuming up a few of the dead bugs.

The bathrooms are still dirty, with cobwebs around the cabinets and the interiors of the cabinets had clearly not been cleaned, when that was something we asked them to do. The trash from the previous residents was still in the bathroom and clearly the floor behind the cans had not been wiped down. The inside of the kitchen cabinets also did not appear to be cleaned. All the shelving in the closets was still dusty, the back splash by the stove still has crusty residue on it from the previous owners. It's unclear if the floors were mopped, as they still seem quite dirty. Almost all of the light fixtures are still dusty and have cobwebs on them.

Overall, this was very subpar and I am disappointed in the quality of clean. For 8 man hours by professionals and the cost, a lot more should have gotten done, or at least of higher quality. I emailed the company about this and did not hear back. I would not recommend hiring this service for a move in clean.

Very dependable company. Cleaners are very professional and kind. I always look forward to coming home after work, once they have been here! Our house is always so clean and smells terrific. Used them for over 1 year now, and they are my life savers!

Found this company through Thumbtack. I use this cleaning service routinely now. They are a great asset to me. They come as scheduled while I am at work and I no longer have to fret about making time for boring clean up. They can be trusted to be inside my home while I'm out and they can be trusted to do an excellent job. All in all a great experience with them - very professional.

There was a mishap where my appointment wasn’t assigned to anyone so no one showed up but I got a response to my message the very next morning. They were very apologetic and rescheduled me promptly. The ladies were amazing and made my apartment feel like a home again. I’d fallen so far behind the housework that it felt too overwhelming to even start. Everything is sparkling clean now and the office made the inconvenience right by reducing my bill. I love this company!

I found this company online. Both the ladies I spoke to were super nice to deal with. Quick scheduling, great cleaning, fair price. We were very impressed. What's not to love? Now I'm on their routine schedule. Couldn't be happier. Call them! You'll be happy. They are exactly what you want from a cleaning company.

Home Sweep Home does an amazing job!! We have 4 kids so our home gets a lot of use. The cleaning team is on time, professional and efficient. They go above and beyond to make sure your home looks great!

Our cleaners that come in bi-weekly have consistently done an amazing job the past 2 1/2 years we have used them. My husband is very particular, and he continues to praise the work they do. Very nice job cleaning! Sandra and Maria came out last week . I got home from a long day at work and found my home so clean I felt like I was staying at a nice hotel on vacation. The ladies had folded quilts on my beds and couches beautifully- as well as the towels on shower doors and in different parts of the bathrooms. The extra attention to detail was so special. The house was dusted and counter tops shined. The floors were dog hair free too! They even vacuumed my fabric couch - it was very nice. Sandra and Maria went above and beyond. I have used Home Sweep Home for almost 10 years. Needless to say, I am pleased or would have found another company long ago. I have probably had at least 20 different ladies in to clean over the 10 years and have always been pleased. The one time there was a problem, Jennifer made it right immediately. I try to get out of their way and feel completely confident leaving them alone in my home. And it's always a joy to come back and find everything nice and clean.

After trying several services over a period of years, I found the best - Home Sweep Home. They are customer-focused, locally (and female) owned, and very responsive. I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and have been very pleased. The team (generally two) that cleans my home are thorough, personable, respectful and very considerate of my pets. I am extremely pleased with this service!

Home Sweep Home did an amazing job cleaning our entire house before I hosted family for the holidays. Literally saved me a full day of cleaning so I could get other errands done. I was able to book them quickly, ladies showed up on time and did great work. I would highly recommend.

Great job and availability! We had another cleaning service company cancel on us the morning of our appointment. This was right before we needed to list our house for sale. Home Sweep Home found availability on a Saturday for us to save the day. They did a great job with fast service.

We've been using Home Sweep Home for quite a while now and have always been happy with the service. We took a break for two months because of COVID-19 and when they came back this last week they really went above and beyond. The cleaning is always thorough, but this time it was exceptional. And after being home with two young kids for over two months the house definitely needed it! I would recommend this company and will keep using them!

I loved having Home Sweep Home come in our home to perform a cleaning. I couldn't be happier with how it all looked (and smelled) great when they were through. The process was easy to set up and they were very thorough with reminders. It was definitely the best part of my Monday! I highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would! I was so disappointed after an 1 1/2 hour clean with 3 cleaners. They are quick but very sorry. My bed though they changed the sheets look like my two year old made it afterwards. They left spiderwebs on the flower pots black marks on the kitchen floor and a wet dirty rag under my rug in the bathroom. Maybe I am old school but I am not sure how one can dust furniture without moving objects. I don't know if the crew is new or what I expected but for 240.00 I got robbed! Never again either you all houses aren't dirty or I am expecting too much!! You see all that dog hair and grim left on the floor under a rug that was supposed to be clean and then DONE! I would NEVER use them again! Very disappointed!
