Tried to move into my apartment after being cleaned. The white ceiling fans were black with dust, there was mouse poop on the cabinets, there was food and toys in the closet and all the vents were filthy. When they were called back to clean the woman argued because she wasn't the one that cleaned it. I didn't care just do your job. She didn't. So I sent her home.

Definitely just rented an apartment that was cleaned by this company, and there were still cobwebs/dust on the ceiling, the toilet hadn’t been fully cleaned, and there is some sort of build up in the cabinets and shower areas. I was very surprised to walk in to that when I moved in 6 days ago. I’ll have to clean all this up once I get everything unpacked and out of the way.

I moved into an apartment this week and I guess they use this company for their cleanings (postcard was left on the counter saying it was professionally cleaned by them). One bathroom was filthy and completely untouched, there was food/liquid buildup in one of the kitchen cabinets, and under the stove and refrigerator were gross and uncleaned.

Bryce Turner does an excellent job with our apartments here! He always makes sure to list out any specific issues and inform us if there is something they cannot remedy and makes sure nothing is missed!

I have never had a bad experience. If there was an item that needed extra attention it was address at that time or they came back to handle it immediately. Mr. Turner is great to work with always pleasant and ask if there is anything more that can be done!

Maynard Cleaning Company does above and beyond. Very professional and friendly staff and always gets things done in a timely manner. Would highy recommend this company if you want quality service at a reasonable price.

Jared Singletary always does an excellent job and goes the extra mile to make sure things look nice. He is always helpful and happy to address any issues as well. Great service on his part.

Jared Singletary has cleaned Morning Star Senior on several occasions. He is very thorough and polite. He makes sure the crew that is with him does just as good of a job as he does. The building shines and smells good I use the white glove test and every time he receives a big Star.

We've been using Maynard Cleaning Company for about 6 months now we've never had an issue. We walk into a clean office every day the staff provided for us is great I'd recommend them to all my other brother companies great quality and over exceeded expectations

I just got back to my apartment and it’s just like the day I got here. Absolutely spotless! They also left a note with comments and what was cleaned. I am beyond impressed and highly recommend Maynard. Rodney and crew were amazing.

Maynard is always great about scheduling. The vacant cleanings are typically poor. Our staff usually needs to go behind and reclean. It would be nice if all was done correctly the first time. We have had Maynard come back to reclean, however it seems easier to just complete it ourselves. It would also be great if the supervisor inspections were done on each unit and the professionally cleaned cards left behind. The quality of work is extremely inconsistent.

I love this company. They have amazing customer service and have been very flexible with our scheduling. The Maynard standard exceeded our expectations. We have used there services in Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina and Texas. Thank you for being an intricate part in the success of our business.

It is a nightmare to deal with this company. I called in July 31st for a residential cleaning and was told August 6th, the cleaners did not show up and when I called to check if they were running late I was told the cleaning was actually scheduled for August 13th. Because we had family coming the weekend in between I requested a refund. I could not get a refund from anyone or any contact information for a manager. Ashley and Brandi were very difficult to get a hold of. Finally the refund was issued 16 days after the missed appointment. They had no problem running my card on July 31st though. I finally got a hold of Brandi by going through Maynard Engineering Consulting. Joy with the consulting business was actually helpful, the cleaning company however is a complete mess and very unprofessional. I was probably a bit rude as time went on, but when you have to call 6 times for a refund you eventually lose your patience.

Property manager for a complex-

I would like to start off by stating they are VERY inconsistent! I have had every new resident call me back after move in stating how terrible it looks. Sticky residue, grease build up left, etc. they DO NOT come back to rectify the situation and when they do- they send an invoice to try and pull a quick one. Please be aware- after reaching out to Brandi she refused to allow me to inspect each unit- stating I was trying to micromanage.

We use Maynard to clean our apartment complex hallways. We are always very satisfied with how quick and efficient they are. We got Goldman & his crew today and they cleaned all 10 of our buildings super quick! Thank you guys again!

We have used Marynards for nearly 2 or 3 years! I love the cleaning cards that are left behind for our prospects to see! I especially love the fact that I can get a unit clean and carpet cleaning in the same day saves so much time! Giving 4 stars for lack of communication when they are late but over time has improved from prior years, I hope it keeps getting better!
