Have had Maynard Cleaning Co. take on our rental units and have been pleased with the consistent & efficient work. They always come through on final cleans and any additional work to get units move in ready for our tenants. From painting to cleaning, they get it done.

Rodney P. cleaned my apartment upon moving in and it looked amazing! I was worried about having to clean everything before I could get settled in but he truly covered everything, I didn’t have to worry about it. Very happy that Mac Properties uses Maynard Cleaning Company.

Maynard is always great about scheduling. The vacant cleanings are typically poor. Our staff usually needs to go behind and reclean. It would be nice if all was done correctly the first time. We have had Maynard come back to reclean, however it seems easier to just complete it ourselves. It would also be great if the supervisor inspections were done on each unit and the professionally cleaned cards left behind. The quality of work is extremely inconsistent.

I love this company. They have amazing customer service and have been very flexible with our scheduling. The Maynard standard exceeded our expectations. We have used there services in Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina and Texas. Thank you for being an intricate part in the success of our business.

It is a nightmare to deal with this company. I called in July 31st for a residential cleaning and was told August 6th, the cleaners did not show up and when I called to check if they were running late I was told the cleaning was actually scheduled for August 13th. Because we had family coming the weekend in between I requested a refund. I could not get a refund from anyone or any contact information for a manager. Ashley and Brandi were very difficult to get a hold of. Finally the refund was issued 16 days after the missed appointment. They had no problem running my card on July 31st though. I finally got a hold of Brandi by going through Maynard Engineering Consulting. Joy with the consulting business was actually helpful, the cleaning company however is a complete mess and very unprofessional. I was probably a bit rude as time went on, but when you have to call 6 times for a refund you eventually lose your patience.

Property manager for a complex-

I would like to start off by stating they are VERY inconsistent! I have had every new resident call me back after move in stating how terrible it looks. Sticky residue, grease build up left, etc. they DO NOT come back to rectify the situation and when they do- they send an invoice to try and pull a quick one. Please be aware- after reaching out to Brandi she refused to allow me to inspect each unit- stating I was trying to micromanage.

We use Maynard to clean our apartment complex hallways. We are always very satisfied with how quick and efficient they are. We got Goldman & his crew today and they cleaned all 10 of our buildings super quick! Thank you guys again!

We have used Marynards for nearly 2 or 3 years! I love the cleaning cards that are left behind for our prospects to see! I especially love the fact that I can get a unit clean and carpet cleaning in the same day saves so much time! Giving 4 stars for lack of communication when they are late but over time has improved from prior years, I hope it keeps getting better!

We use Maynard Cleaning at our property I work at. I see all the workers on a weekly basis! They not only clean the apartment after people move out but they also clean our hallways and basements. I really enjoy when they send people to do quality checks!! If I have any issues I know I can reach out to Jared Singletary and he will address any issues or concerns!

We were extremely disappointed in the service we received from this cleaning company. Our realtor referred us so we decided to use them. We asked for a move in cleaning with carpets shampooed. The sellers were out of the house with all of the furniture and everything moved out. I specified that I wanted a deep clean with baseboards wiped down, all of the cabinets, drawers, fridge, and shelves throughly cleaned and wiped down. I arrived as the guys appeared to be finishing up. The bathroom mirror on the main level was visibly dirty as was the inside of the fridge. I asked if they could please wipe those down and they reluctantly agreed. It smelled nice because they had just shampooed and mopped the floors. Once I was able to take a deeper look after they left, I quickly discovered that was basically all they did.....every single drawer was dirty with crumbs and other nasty debris. The counters appeared to be wiped down with water as there were clear water marks on them. The shelves and cabinets throughout the entire house hadn't been touched, they all had thick layers of visible dust. While the carpets were shampooed, you could see thick layers of hair, dust, & dirt along all of the walls and in every corner. I vacuumed myself and filled several bags from each room and the hallway! The stairs clearly hadn't been cleaned at all and were filthy. The sinks still had toothpaste stains on them, and the shower was so gross it had visible black grime in the grout that hadn't been touched! I wiped it with a cloth to see how hard it was to come off and it came right off. It was as if they didn't even touch the shower at all in the master bathroom. This whole job cost $620 and for what??? I looked at their company website and it claims they will come back and re-service for free if you aren't satisfied, yet I emailed them 3 times and got no response! I tried calling the number that was listed and no one answered. I tried it multiple times, nothing. This was a complete rip off!!! Do NOT use this company!!!

I use this company for construction clean up after our remodels. They are excellent! The crews are efficient and very professional. I have hired several local companies through the years. Maynard is a whole different experience. I like knowing it will be a job well done and please my customers.

Bryce T. has been out to my property the last few times and I am very happy with his service. Make sure to request him (as long as he's not at my property). :) Great company to work with, they have an awesome team! If you are looking for great cleaning services, then go with Maynard Cleaning Company. Would definitely recommend!

This "professional" cut me off while changing lanes in an intersection and then didn't proceed with any need to warrant such reckless driving -- she had her cellphone in her hand. I wouldn't let this person clean my toilet.

Our complex just began using Maynard and we have been very happy with their service. They are attentive and have been quick to respond. Hilary has been here a few times and she does a great job! We will definitely continue to utilize their services.

**Update unfortunately due to inconsistency and overall failure to deliver the same standard of cleaning as they did the first few times we decided to utilize another company.

Jared did absolutely AMAZING on my oven after I almost burnt the house down 🙈. You would’ve never guess what happened in that oven the week prior. He was polite, professional, punctual, and didn’t miss a single speck in my oven. Will definitely call him anytime I need a deep clean for any part of my home!!

While Maynard started off great - their quality of cleans has gone incredibly downhill and the most recent crew they have sent out to clean our property - was very rude. Attached are pictures from after they "cleaned". These pictures were shown to them before they left the property, but they did not rectify the situation. Incredibly disappointed.

All Clean is by far the best, our carpets look brand new and with two dogs and lots of visitors, that’s hard to come by! I’m impressed with the diligence and professionalism. We will definitely have them back again!

All Clean Carpet provided the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. They were on time, professional and thorough- they even did some carpet repair. I will never go anywhere else.Stains I never thought could be removed are gone and then pet stain and order is also gone. I highly recommend them!
