Great experience with Mark at Jack Harrison. Initially responded so quickly to my request. Got me up and running that first visit, and then came back another day for some further repairs. I've spoken with a couple other people as far as pricing, and they also thought they were extremely fair and reasonable. Really nice guy too. I'm very happy, and would definitely encourage anyone to use them in the future.

I called in the morning and had service person on site within 2 hours. He had the parts for the AC -a fan and other items - on the truck so he was able to get it done with no waiting for parts to come in.
He shared information and concerns with me in a very professional way! The day before I had a tenant with a thermostat issue and again within 2 hours of the call, the thermostat issue was diagnosed and replaced. Different service person but the same great prompt and professional service! -

Mark and his team did an amazing job! He assessed the issue and had quote back to me immediately and the time they could get the parts and install. I would highly recommend Jack Harrison Heating and Air Conditioning!
