Great experience with Mark at Jack Harrison. Initially responded so quickly to my request. Got me up and running that first visit, and then came back another day for some further repairs. I've spoken with a couple other people as far as pricing, and they also thought they were extremely fair and reasonable. Really nice guy too. I'm very happy, and would definitely encourage anyone to use them in the future.

I called in the morning and had service person on site within 2 hours. He had the parts for the AC -a fan and other items - on the truck so he was able to get it done with no waiting for parts to come in.
He shared information and concerns with me in a very professional way! The day before I had a tenant with a thermostat issue and again within 2 hours of the call, the thermostat issue was diagnosed and replaced. Different service person but the same great prompt and professional service!

Mark and his team did an amazing job! He assessed the issue and had quote back to me immediately and the time they could get the parts and install. I would highly recommend Jack Harrison Heating and Air Conditioning! I am also a local realtor and have referred JHHAC to several customers, all of which have been very happy with their work and pricing.

Mark was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and interested in helping with our blower issue.

Answered all my questions, gave good advice and was a great deal!

We called Mark at 7 pm on a Tuesday and he came right over to help us! He stayed and tried everything to fix our HVAC system until 9 pm! He was helpful, professional, and gave us great advice! He came back over two days later to install a brand new system for us! 10/10 we would recommend him over the big companies! Customer service and quality of work were awesome!

The technician was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest. He was well spoken and explained everything clearly to me. It was fixed in one day. We really appreciate it!!

We can not reccomend Jack Harrison Heating and Cooling enough! Mark was extremely knowledgeable and courteous when helping us with our broken air conditioner. The entire company was friendly and experienced. Not only did they come out with a diagnosis and estimate for a replacement the day we called, they also completed the work within a week. They also fixed line problems from a previous install by the prior company (who gave a quote for twice as much for this job) and made our heater more efficient. Mark came out and assessed my ac unit. He replaced the capacitor and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend if you need any work done with your ac or heater. I will be using Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning in the future.

Showed up same day and did a custom wiring fix to get our 14 year old A\C running again in no time and hopefully get a few more years before have to replace. Great to have an expert on the job who was able to isolate the issue and get if fixed same day. Went ahead and signed up for their plan as very happy with the service and straight forward explanations.

I greatly appreciate the service from Jack Harris, very skilled, personable and professional. They saved me some heartache today with a capacitor replacement. I’ve dealt with a lot of different HVAC companies over the years and these folks are tip-top.

Mark was fantastic! He got us scheduled quickly and helped us when we found out we needed a new heater. He gave us a great price and installed the very next day so that we would have heat quickly before it got way too cold. We highly recommend him and his company!

Mark and his team have been amazing to work with! They always respond quickly and can have someone over to my house the same day. I had a new furnace installed in December then my Air conditioner went out the following September. Mark installed both within a couple days of them quit working. Their whole team has been nothing short of amazing to work with! I don’t plan on ever using anyone else!

Steven is a great representative of the company. We never feel like they are just trying to make money. This is our 2nd time using them & they’ll officially be the only company we’ll use from now on.

Mark always does a great job and a fair job. We first met him on a weekend night when we had no heat. Mark came right out and we have used the JH maintenance plan ever since.
I always get an email with my technician’s picture when they are on their way. They are always on time.
I would not hesitate to leave my keys with Mark.

I can’t say enough good things about Jack Harrison. We had them replace our entire system during the summer of 2022 after buying a house and realizing the flippers we bought the house from put in a way too small, second hand HVAC system in the house.
After we finished our basement this past year, our heater wasn’t working properly and started shutting down when it was getting cold. It’s possible the construction crew did something to mess with the way our system runs.
Mark and Steven went above and beyond multiple times to get it up and working again, troubleshooting every possible scenario that would prevent us having to tear into the new drywall.
Mark and his crew have real integrity and I appreciate how respectful, kind and responsive they always are!

Great Service, super knowledgeable and helpful techs. Mark & James were fantastic! New to the area and just chose based on reviews and they did not disappoint! They will be our go-to hvac company!
