Just got finished having my furnace checked out for the winter by Anthony at Pronto Hearing and Cooling, and once again I am so very happy that I found him.

I’ve used several of the “big” companies in town, and I come away feeling as though I’ve been overcharged and lied to.

But with Pronto, I feel like I am getting honest, professional service. Anthony answers any questions I may have, and I am super happy with his service.

I won’t use anyone else since I started using him.

Antony was extremely honest and professional at a more than reasonable cost. Took specific care to maintain a clean work environment and updated us throughout AC repair process. If you're concerned about high pressure sales and overpriced service of large hvac companies, Pronto air is for you!

Anthony was out and quickly diagnosed as well as repaired my AC. He always is up front and direct about what he recommends. It is great having a reputable service who doesn't hide costs and provides a great service.

My blower motor died in September during a heatwave. Antony came out and replaced the motor the same day, picking up the part an hour away while cleaning the furnace at the same time. Don't pay for the cheap maintenance deals, get an annual service plan for peace of mind.

Antony with Pronto was very helpful and did a great job explaining to me how my system works and why it wasn’t working properly. I installed my nest thermostat myself but did a poor job with the set up and wiring. He didn’t just fix the issue but helped me grasp the concepts to help me as a home owner long term. I found it refreshing to have a service professional take their time and verify everything was working as it should rather than trying to hurry to the next job. I got home from a trip and found my furnace had quit working. I called Antony from Pronto Air. He was at my house on a Sunday within 30 minutes looking at my issue. My luck the furnace needed to be replaced. Antony was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I appreciated his customer service and how he took his time to explain it to me, never once did I feel pressured into buying something I did not need. Not only did he do an excellent job installing my new furnace, he left the furnace room cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Pronto Air!

I highly recommend Pronto Air. Words that accurately describe Antony and Pronto Air are sincere, trustworthy, thorough, expert, educational, and the list could go on. Recently, my wife and I had a new HVAC system installed by another company. However, after joining a networking group that meets weekly, I consistently heard members praise and thank Antony for his services. These members personally used him or referred him to their network of friends, family, and coworkers. Interestingly enough, Antony was recommended to us by a friend and coworker who had been using his service program for years. This friend had an older system, and during Antony's regular service visits, he discovered a small leak in the heat exchanger that could have been emitting carbon monoxide. Although my system is relatively new (around 5 years old), I wanted to ensure it was properly maintained by a professional who could frequently inspect it for any potential issues.

Antony arrived at our house as scheduled, driving a beautifully wrapped and easily identifiable service truck. He wore clothing that was also easily recognizable. He took the time to talk with me and inquire about any problems we had been experiencing that he should be aware of. Next, he inspected the system and explained to me what he was looking at and why. Antony then assisted me in adjusting my air ducts to optimize efficiency for the summer in my two-story home. What caught my attention was that despite having our system installed by a so-called "reputable" HVAC company, Antony discovered that they had overcharged the system by nearly double the recommended amount from the factory. This oversight meant that our system had been working harder than necessary, using excess electricity, and potentially causing more wear and tear on the system than needed.

Week after week, I heard Antony being praised for his integrity and for not pushing unnecessary equipment. For instance, there was an individual who was told by another HVAC company that their AC needed to be replaced, with a quote of $12,000. However, this individual decided to have Antony take a look as well. Antony discovered that it was simply $200 worth of parts that needed to be replaced, and the system was good to go.

I personally experienced Antony's honesty when inquiring about a whole house purification system, specifically a UV one, that my wife was interested in. Instead of immediately agreeing and providing a price, Antony delved deeper and made a much better recommendation based on our concerns and reasons for wanting one. This option turned out to be far less expensive, and I felt confident that Antony was making the recommendation based on his knowledge of what we were trying to achieve and what would make us most satisfied. This was in contrast to our experiences with other technicians whose pay heavily relied on the sales of new products and services.

I realize this is a lengthy review, but I wouldn't take the time to write it and attach my name if I didn't have such a high level of respect, trust, and faith in Pronto and Antony. I highly recommend him, and I can confidently say that I would recommend him to my family, friends, and associates. If possible, I would give more than a 5-star rating.

If you are looking for work or assessment of a problem from an honest, ethical person, Anton is "the man." He has provide repair and replacement work for several home ownders in family. Recently I asked him if he would review an estimate for work for and "out of state" property. He agreed to review, and prefaced his comments as possible, followed by "a suggestion." I followed his suggestion and it most likely saved me hundreds of dollars.

Fall of 2024
Antony was able to provide us same day service and provided us with a very detailed description of his work do determine the problem. It was educational and made it easy for us to understand the problem and the solution.

Antony has worked at the homes of two other family members. All of us have been very please with his work, his communication and his ability to respond quickly.

We woke up at 4 a.m. with a broken heater and called Pronto. Anthony responded quickly—even at that hour—with a suggestion to troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t work, he came to our house promptly, diagnosed the problem, and found it was a simple part (which was under warranty) that needed replacing. He grabbed the part, fixed the heater, and had us warm again in no time—before the house got too cold.
