Chris and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. We received a complete Ventis forever fireplace system. This wood burning unit performs great and the fires emit tremendous heat.
CRofKC is a top notch company that delivers what they say. From the initial estimate to the final product, they are very professional and detailed oriented. Communication was always open and I never felt "out of the loop". Chris would promptly return my texts with questions I had. Shellsea did a nice job scheduling and confirming appointments. Thanks to Joseph, Kevin, Caden, Carson, for making our experience a pleasant one.( Sorry if I missed someone) The crew was very courteous and conscious about keeping our living room clean. They were very helpful and fast with their services. I had new hoods put on a seal put on the crown and a full inspection. Very happy with work and communication.

Friendly staff, good follow up and on time. Problem I encountered was when they did the inspection they were not able to clean chimney. Went on roof and mentioned a 3-2-10 rule and then looked in fireplace and said something about needing smooth high temp resistant concrete. Thus another reason they couldn't sweep chimney. Still was charged $125 for exterior inspection. In summary why not look in fireplace before inspection on roof? I think unless you have a new home no need to ask for chimney sweep since over 90% of older homes won't meet their criteria. Nice people but I learned my lesson.

Carsen and his team took good care of us. Our old, ugly, rusted metal cap was damaged during a storm and caused a bunch of problems in the process. CROKC got us back up and running and it looks so much better; they poured a new concrete cap, added new tile flue, and did some light tuck pointing/painting. We can use our gas fireplace again and it works better than it did before. They were great communicators, on time and professional throughout the whole process. Prices were competitive, we got several bids and they were in the middle. Recommend.

We have a house that is over 60years old. We have two fireplaces which means 2 chimneys. It had been awhile since the chimneys had been cleaned so we called Chimney Restoration of KC to do the deed right before Christmas. After the initial inspection we got the sad but true news that both our chimneys needed a major overhaul and after seeing the before pictures we totally agreed. They started immediately with the overhaul and restoration. The workmen were extremely efficient, curious and professional. They were very respectful not only of our home but our pets as well. They explained the process as they went complete with play by play pictures and left minimal dust if any in our home. We have been asked by friends if we would do it again and the answer is a resounding …absolutely yes! Chimney Restoration of KC, as far as we are concerned, is the best in town!

We are extremely happy with our new linear electric fireplace insert that Chimney Restoration of KC installed after removing an old gas insert and stone surround. Bryan and Daylen were on time, respectful of our home, competent and kept our home clean. The job required work inside, on the roof and in the attic. Chimney Restoration of KC did a great job of tearing out my old wood burning fireplace and installing a new high efficiency gas fireplace. From start to finish the whole crew did great job of demo, reinstalling a new fireplace and prepping the area for stone work. We purchased our stone veneer from Stone Concepts in Shawnee and Chimney Restoration recommended a guy to install the stone for us. They kept our house clean throughout the process and the crew was very kind and respectful.

I am a curious person by nature, and he was very willing to teach me all about my fireplace and how everything works. I feel very confident that we are using our fireplace safely. I have to let anyone who is looking for a top notch company to look no further!! It started from Joseph doing a second opinion inspection before I decided to use a gas fireplace in the home I just purchased. Joseph's report was sooooo much more detailed and I could tell he was very concerned for me after his findings to go with a gas fireplace unless I repair the entire lining$$$$$. It was contrary to what the 1st company had reported. He showed me the results and did a thorough explanation. I decided to go with 2 Electric Fireplaces. I am so glad I went with a second opinion!!!! There are so many options you can do with them to elevate your space considerably without the worry of Gas. I also had work done on my outside chimney to to seal cracks, add caps and cut down piping from the wood stove . Kyle was awesome! He put the fireplaces in and his coworker(sorry forgot his name) got up on the chimney on a VERY cold day and did a great job repairing and doing preventive maintenance. The communication between the entire company is just another thing that sets them apart from other companies. Communication with Kris, who was my main contact, made me feel heard and he got back to me every time ASAP!!! His Knowledge and detailed explanations helped me to make decisions which made me lifelong happy satisfied customer!!! I can see why they get 5 star ratings. There drivers don't know how to drive. Drive aggressively. Cut off people. Then proceed to cuss and flip off. Extremely unprofessional.

ProshineKC answered the phone right away and within two days traveled over 2 hours to clean our tennis courts in Chapman for a tournament the next day. He worked from 8:30am to 2am in the morning to be complete for a tournament the next day. Thanks for going above and beyond to make our courts look great! There was a lot of grime built up over many years.
