I am a property manager. I recently had one of my renters contact me that the heat was out in a mobile home, I arrived and insured the pilot was lit, but the Furnace would not Lite. I contacted Bradley Air and Heating, explained my situation, plus I was needing the unit cleaned + filters. Got prompt, same day service. Their Technician quickly repaired the Furnace and Pulled the Blower for Cleaning+ Cleaned the Evaporator coil as the Furnace had been ran without filters. My invoice was better than expected. I will continue to use their Company for my Owned Properties.

Helped us with warranty work and dealing with a nightmare of a manufacturer. Everyone here was great to work with though.

A recently widowed friend of mine in Linn County had AC problems during the awful heatwave. She contacted Bradley AC and they came promptly and did a temporary fix while they ordered a new motor, and then returned for the permanent repair. I can't say enough about how well she was treated. When the service tech showed at the house, they were very nice, let me ask any questions and answered them. I HIGHLY recommend Bradley for their service to anyone in the Miami County and Linn County areas .

Where do I start in commenting on how good our experience was with this company? How about this: exceptional communication, friendly and professional workers, attentiveness to our needs, exceptionally cost effective.

I was recommend Bradley's by a fellow church member, and when she recommend them she basically said "They will go out of their way to keep your current system working and to repair what you currently have. If you don't need to replace your AC, then they will make sure you don't have to." She hit the nail on the head. They saved us thousands of dollars.

There is a reason for the high rating they have on here. Obviously, the companies mode of operating is to hire exceptional problem solvers and professional workers. It is easy for a company to come in, tell you that you need a whole new system because unless you have a new system you could always use a new system, right?

Bradley's has a different train of thought. They say "Let's fix this system." They actually want to solve the problem in the system not just throw out the old system. A great company all around. You and your bank account will be glad you brought them in. I recommend this company to anyone.

There's not enough stars on here for me to give them! Punctual! Professional! Polite! Great Service! If I had Donald Trump Money I'd Invest in their business! These guys are GREAT! Absolutely the best! Got my AC running in no time. Didnt even rip me off on the bill! I'll call them for ever, every time I've got an Air Conditioning Problem! Highly reccomended! 10/5 stars!

Mike always is willing to help me get a job done at the drop of a hat.

Came to fix my air at 6 am, because he had a little time before beginning his scheduled job at 8 am.
Had the part I needed plus put it on and was headed to his scheduled job before 7 am.

The capacitor on our unit went bad during a run of incredibly hot weather, we called Mike and he arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and had it all wrapped up within an hour of calling him.

Friendly and capable techs. Efficient installation but never felt rushed or that I couldn't ask questions. Fair price and sharp looking work. Highly recommend.
