Wonderful fast service!!! Ryan was super polite and got my heart up and running in 10 minutes. Highly recommend Dalton’s heating and cooling!!!

Ryan was early for our appointment and got right to work upon arriving. He dug right in to my furnace and located the problem. He discussed the possible options and potential costs with me before going any further. Once he gave me his diagnosis and I agreed on the work to be done, he retrieved the required part from his work truck and had it replaced and had my furnace up and running in a few minutes. The whole appointment took less than 40 minutes and Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I appreciate his work and would definitely use him for any issues in the future.

Ryan arrived and went right to work. He answered all our questions and was very thorough. He is personable and Daltons is the first heating and air business where the service tech did not try to sell us something we didn't need. We did have to replace a capacitor on our heat pump. We had just signed up for their maintenance agreement and are extremely pleased with their service. We highly recommend Dalton's!!

Our furnace in a rental down in Osawatomie decided to take the weekend off—quit working on a Saturday night. We’re up in Minnesota, so running over to fix it wasn’t an option. Called Dalton’s for after-hours service, and they didn’t mess around. Super quick response, which was a lifesaver because frozen tenants aren’t good for business.
Dalton showed up, got the heat going again, and gave us the straight talk: the old unit was basically a dinosaur. He suggested replacement, and honestly, he wasn’t wrong. The quote was fair—didn’t feel like we were buying a spaceship. By Monday, Dallas and Wyatt rolled in and went to work. These guys were machines—no standing around, no “just grabbing a coffee” breaks. They kept the place clean, knocked it out in one trip, and our tenants said they were great to have around. The new furnace runs so quiet you’d think it was sneaking around.
Start to finish, easy, professional, and zero stress. If your furnace decides to retire early, call Dalton’s. Highly recommend.

Dalton Heating and Cooling is excellent.I had a problem with my furnace it was very loud.On Saturday morning at 7.17am I sent them a message, and they were at my home within two hours.They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
They are very honest, punctual and hardworking. We have used Dalton Heating and Cooling several times, and every time we call them, they are reliable and trustworthy.I highly recommend them to anyone who is having furnace or HVAC issues.Truly honest people with great service.Mr.Dalton is great

I scheduled a service call for our heater in the morning at 8am and got us in the same day between 9:30am to 1.

Shortly got a text indicating that a technician was on their way right at 9:30am. It ended up being Dalton himself.

He came in, checked the cap then the blower motor. Cap was lower on voltage and got it replaced but the blower motor wouldn't spin as it was seizing.

They had to get a new one and first checked to see if there was any aftermarkets available for cheaper. Unfortunately for our case they were only slightly cheaper, so the OEM part made the most sense.

They had to drive to lenexa to grab the part and bring it back to get it installed.

Shortly after replacing the part, the heater finally was able to kick on.

I appreciate the knowledge, speed and prompt windows of service.

I especially liked that they tried things first that would be the least amount of money before moving forward to more expensive outlets.

Great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking for HVAC service – stop scrolling now. Dalton’s Heating & Cooling is the absolute best around. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Are you tired of companies that don’t answer their phones and never return your phone calls? These folks answered every time I called, left me messages if I was out and restored my faith in good old customer service. And all of that was before they came to my elderly family members home and assessed the heater issues. The ancient heater hasn’t worked properly in years, and I was pretty sure we would need a new one. Their price was fair; service was outstanding and they did exactly what they said they would do. And I don’t even live in Kansas – this was all conducted over the phone. Absolute top notch. Thanks for being a blessing.

I will be referring Daltons to everyone who asks!! They got to us the same day we called, very affordable and very professional. My wife runs a daycare they came during nap time and they were not loud at all, They knocked quietly, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Explained everything they did and were doing, and very super friendly!!!! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Ryan went above and beyond, and we are so grateful to him. He worked on our furnace for several hours and never once seemed rushed or inconvenienced. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and professional from start to finish.

Dalton also came back out on a Saturday when our furnace tripped again and worked to get it ready. I’ve never seen a company, or an owner who worked so hard to get the job done after normal business hours.

I’ve used Daltons heating a cooling for a few years now. They have always been quick with response and my issues have always been resolved. Would 100% recommend.

Dalton himself arrived and because he was in the area already he was exceptionally kind enough to come a day earlier than expected. During these freezing temperatures that meant the world! The company that handled it last year took twice as long and only partially repaired the unit for the price quoted. This experience was far far more professional and most definitely quick and friendly. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend 🙏💯

Arin and crew did an amazing job! Fast install, very clean propane line run and electrical cleanup when switching from a heat pump to propane furnace. Left the room cleaner than when they arrived!
