AA Drain Medic was great to work with! Promptly arrived at the scheduled time, very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! I appreciate the quick and competent work and would absolutely call again for any plumbing needs.

John came out Sunday morning to auger our sewer. Prompt, friendly, even after having to be in the crawl space to run the auger! He is scheduled later this week to insert a clean out for us. We Highly recommend AA Drain Medic!

John was very responsive, especially for a Sunday. It turned out the septic tank was full and it wasn't an issue he could fix. He didn't even charge for the house call. Will definitely use this company in the future!

I called and spoke with John about a sudden plumbing issue involving sewerage that prevented the use of toilets and showers, and he provided a very fair quote and was able to come the very next day.

He fixed the issue in under 5 minutes, explained what had happened and was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions! He was also kind enough to answer questions on HVAC and gave a quote on the spot for other work we are considering.

10/10 would recommend this business, and will definitely be a repeat customer for any plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

John was very thorough and took the time needed to do the job correctly. He explained what was done and why. Was polite as well. He kept in contact with me re his arrival time. Glad that I said no to HomeServe when they wanted to again send out the sewer company sent a year ago. That company gave incorrect info regarding two issues.

I live an hour away and they were out the next morning. My whole house was backed up. I would do the dishes or take a shower and my house would flood. I was in panic it was going to be very expensive and a long process to have it all repaired. After an hour of John being there. He had it fixed and saved me thousands of dollars from having my yard tore up and new pipping. He was able to break through the blockage. John is very experienced and quick. He even ran a camera to be certain the line was clear. A $10,000 repair turned into less than $200 I couldn't be more thankful I called AA drain medic! Higly recommended and would refer anyone looking for quick quality work at the best rate around.

Our basement was backing up with sewage and water.... He came out the day after we called. He came right in and got right to work. He fixed it pretty quickly. He was even friendly to our dog who kept running in and out. Honestly we were expecting a huge bill but we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was! We will definitely use him again! John saved the day! Another plumbing company quoted over $15,000 for a new sewer line after inspecting it without a thorough cleaning. John was able to squeeze us in the next day for a cleaning and reinspection. The line was in great shape and needed zero repairs. I am a real estate agent and I count on dependable contractors to show up, give fair and honest assessments and inspections and charge reasonable prices to my clients. Professional and came the same day we called. Plus it was on the weekend too. We had a main line blocked so bad it was coming into our sinks and shower. Thank goodness he could work us in for the day. Will be using him again and we would recommend him to everyone!!

They were very responsive returning calls promptly and on time for appointments. The quote was very reasonable. He even show up on Saturday to fix our problem as other plumbers in the area had ghosted us leaving us with sewage in our basement. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely use again.

I had a backed up sewer drain and was having trouble making contact with a plumber. A A Drain answered my call immediately and arrived within 2 1/2 hours - on a Saturday morning. John and Tim had their equipment set up and the drain cleared within a half hour. They were very polite and professional.

The only guy to answer a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening at 8pm. John Martonette. Had the drain line opened in 10 minutes. Tried to call multiple companies. John answered immediately and arrived within 30 minutes. Very affordable price as well for an emergency call out. Gave me quote for a permanent repair. That quote was over 7x less than the previous plumbing company that came out (more than once). Afterwards, he stayed and chatted for a while. Come to find out, he's running for a County District 3 seat. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and housing (I work in low income housing). The only plumber I will call from now on.

My basement drain was backing up. I called AA Drain Medic and explained the situation to John (the owner). First thing I noticed is how professional and friendly this man is. He showed up when he said he would and got right to work. Second thing I noticed is how determined John is to take care of my drain problem, regardless of any obstacle he encounters. Dogged determination, to say the least! He got the drain flowing and for a reasonable charge. I would highly recommend AA Drain Medic without hesitation.

We had our mainline back up and overflow a couple of drains in our unfinished basement. The smell was horrendous (what I imagine the Bog of Eternal Stench smelled like) and I felt horrible having to ask someone work through the mess.. I called and received John who told me he had availability same day to come take a look at it and was actually here within the hour. John informed us he had been to our property several times with previous owners and was super quick to get to work. He finished the job in approximately 30 minutes and was willing to answer questions and concerns about maintenance going forward. I absolutely recommend AA Drain Medic and will be adding this company's services into our yearly maintenance going forward.

I would highly recommend John for any kind of plumbing needs! He came with a VERY high score and did not disappoint! He's quick, totally professional, and knows exactly what he's doing. We had galvanized pipes and wanted to have them updated. Called AA Drain Medic. John came out gave us an estimate and crawled under our house into a very, very wet crawl space. Our crawl space is extremely wet and muddy year round. Mud covered, he got the job done!! We asked him to look at our shower as we have never had good water flow from it. He came in and did that for us also. We now have new pipes, which is better for our health and new shower hookup that is the best we've ever had. Thank you, John!!

John answered when I called in the evening, and gave us a tip to help alleviate pressure in our plumbing system until he could come. He was able to stop by first thing in the morning and came early. Fixed our plumbing issue and let me know what the problem was. Very friendly, very helpful, and seriously saved us! Thank you John!

I called this plumber on a Monday morning early and they went to my house and snaked the sewage an hour earlier than they stated and got the job done in a reasonable price.

After dealing with a low water pressure issue in my house I called John to see what the problem may be. John was able to quickly diagnose that my 85+ year old plumbing in my vintage home had reached a life limit of usefulness. He then was able to install New Pex lines throughout and had me back in service quick and efficient! Not to mention that my water pressure is fantastic even up to the second floor of my house. He even took the time to show me all the buildup of residue that had restricted the flow of water once he completed the conversion.
