John answered when I called in the evening, and gave us a tip to help alleviate pressure in our plumbing system until he could come. He was able to stop by first thing in the morning and came early. Fixed our plumbing issue and let me know what the problem was. Very friendly, very helpful, and seriously saved us! Thank you John!

I called this plumber on a Monday morning early and they went to my house and snaked the sewage an hour earlier than they stated and got the job done in a reasonable price.

After dealing with a low water pressure issue in my house I called John to see what the problem may be. John was able to quickly diagnose that my 85+ year old plumbing in my vintage home had reached a life limit of usefulness. He then was able to install New Pex lines throughout and had me back in service quick and efficient! Not to mention that my water pressure is fantastic even up to the second floor of my house. He even took the time to show me all the buildup of residue that had restricted the flow of water once he completed the conversion. Our sewer had backed up on a Saturday morning called several plumbers in my area and no answer. Called AA Drain Medic and John answered right away. It took him longer to drive to Lebo then it did doing the job.

My husband called John about our plumbing problem and he was instantly rude to my husband. He insisted on us sending him pics of the issue via text, he did give a quick response on what he thought was wrong but never replied about when he could come out to fix the plumbing issue until 24 hours later after we got another plumber to come out. His diagnosis also overall wasn't correct, there was clearly more to the problem then what the photos showed that we sent him. Next time, he needs to actually show up and take a look at the problem and also respond to potential customers in less than 24 hours. He clearly didn't care to help.

My basement drains were backing up from a clog to our lagoon. I attempted to break the clog but could not. Called on a Saturday, he arrived quickly and busted the clog. Great guys to deal with.
