They were friendly, scheduled immediately, showed up on time, great communication, finished the job correctly right away.

Requested a sewer line inspection, Really appreciated how he was straight forward with what he thought i needed, and didn't qoute me an expensive repair that wasn't necessary at this time.

Not a rush to get fixed. I probably should see what the other quotes are...probably a smart move. I also have a home warranty that might be cheaper. By the name...I would say yes.

This seems excessive for a part that costs $20-$25 and a job that took 20 minutes. When I attempted to address the bill with the owner, he resorted to name-calling and insisted that the high price was necessary for his nephew's apprenticeship. He refused to listen to my concerns and abruptly ended the call by insulting me and calling me names. This behavior is highly unprofessional.

We had Archer Plumbing come out for a minor tube faucet repair, and were very pleased with the work. It is so very refreshing to find a plumbing firm that focuses on the job to be done, rather than on upselling the customer. Good people!

I discovered water under my sink, and was happy to find Archer Plumbing, while it was a holiday they were happy to put me on their schedule to be first up the next day. Joe, could not find anything wrong with my sink or garbage disposal, however he was very nice and made sure there were no leaks. He also gave me prices for other services, I am interested in doing. I will definitely use their services in the future for my projects.

I had Archer Plumbing come out and remodel my bathroom. They had the best rates for what I wanted done, but i'm glad I chose them. I just love what they did, plus Joe and his crew were so nice. The bathroom is now my favorite room in the house. I cant wait to show my friends! I will deffinately be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.
