Stack Painting

This is the second project we have had Stack Painting do for us. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Professional work, guided us every step of the way and gave detailed suggestions that made the process easy. Thanks for a job well done!

Saw their TV ad and went to their website to schedule an appointment. No one replied until I called their office a couple days later. Made an appointment which the day before they called and rescheduled which I did for the following day. Appointment time came and passed so I called the office. Received a text saying the owner Tom couldn't make the appointment time. You'd think he or the office person would have called in advance with that information...NOT!
Then they said they could come the following week which I had Another appointment for the day they offered . I told them I would cancel and find another company. All they said was WERE SORRY.
Maybe they have more business that they can't handle. I think most customers would understand however not to call and keep a customer waiting is unacceptable! If they aren't going to provide good customer service then take your TV ads down. This also concerns me with their quality of work and communication during the job. Huge RED flag!

We had a Great Experience with Stack Painting. Hal and his crew did not let us down. The crew was huge (must have been at least 6 guys) and did quality work, fast. Large 2 story house done in 3-4 days. Carefully taped and tarped off all patio furniture/grills/cameras and other items. Crew was careful not to get paint everywhere. My wife and I had a list of spots we thought needed fixing but on the last day this crew was on it and knew before we ever had to say anything. At the final walkthrough the house looked fantastic. This is the kind of thing where you want to get a quality job done for the money you are paying. We could not be more pleased with the level of effort and quality they delivered.
I would use them again in a heartbeat.
