The office looks and smells amazing each week. Communication from crew is awesome and we could not be more pleased with our working relationship. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a janitorial service.

Our experience with Jan Pro was that of nervousness because we were coming from being in a building for ten years could Jan Pro help us supplement our income for the contract change we experienced. I believe we made the right decision, things have turned around for us within 120 days.

Competitively priced, they do a great job and have phenomenal communication.

Keeping our offices clean is one less thing I have to worry about. Couldn’t recommend our team enough.

Jan-Pro is awesome! We brought them on a few months ago, every single step of the process has been communicative and 100% service priority. We had gone through 3 cleaning companies in a year all having issues that left us feeling discouraged that there was a quality cleaning company around. Unfortunately, we were over promised and undelivered. Poor communication & untrustworthy. Did not follow through on their word with cleaning at a timely manner, forcing us to push back meetings. Then proceeded to clean on "their" time & asked us to pay full price when told it would not be our problem. Ted sold the "sweet" deal, Brian did not follow through accordingly. Good people, good company just bad follow through on what was sold/told.

They have kept my business tidy and clean for many years, can’t recommend highly enough!

JanPro has been an amazing company to work with. They started out with cleaning one building in our organization and ultimately took over contract cleaning for our entire organization. They are great at what they do, easy to talk to, easy to work around and very receptive and quick to correct any issues that may arise without question. I would not recommend another contract cleaning company for commercial use!!

Michael and Gypsie are the team that cleans Timothy Lutheran School. They not only do a top notch job of cleaning, they are very personable and friendly. On the rare occasions we have a school function that conflicts with their normal schedule they have always been flexible to accommodate our needs. Excellent service. I have used them for my facility in Atlanta and moved our KC location to Jan Pro last year. Beatriz and Fernando do an excellent job of cleaning. They are also good at recommendations for cleaning products and other recommendations to keep the facility clean.

Michael has been cleaning our building for a few years now and spoils us with his amazing attention to detail. Our clinic is always clean and put together and in the rare case we have had a critique, Michael has taken care of it. Would highly recommend.

We have not signed for you service yet but this is about the sales team. We had the pleasure of meeting with Ted Duff and he was excellent! We walked through the facility and they gave us a very thorough and easy to understand bid. There is also no pressure to change. A very good practice indeed!
