Was fast. Had them do a tree in 2022 so called them again. Great phone contact also that counts also. Wish they had senior discount because I have other trees needing gone. But cant afford them right now.

Within a short time of approving the estimate to remove our dead 45 year old River Birch, we were notified that a crew had been assigned to the job. Landon had his crew out early before 8am to start work promptly that morning. Their equipment was clean, the trucks looked fairly fresh and you could tell that the guys operating the equipment cared about their trucks, I view this as a huge sigh of respect for their company when operators keep things looking sharp. The crew were respectful of our property and our neighbor's property, went to work quickly and had the tree and stump removed without leaving a single branch, leaf or scrap on our lawn. In the last two years, we've had people bid jobs and not show up, tear up our property or leave a huge mess while attempting to work on our trees and landscaping. I can't say enough about the quality of work, the timeliness of the crew and the fact that they cared enough to make sure it looked like they were never there after the work was completed. It seems as if there aren't many companies out there anymore that want to hire quality employees and insist on delivering results like this. It's nice to know that Landon and his crews are still the ones that take pride in everything they do. I highly recommend Safety Tree and I'm sure we'll be calling for the next job. These guys truly are the best.

Crew came at 8am to remove 50 foot popular tree and grind stump. They were finished by 10:30 am. No trace of debris left in my yard and the stump grinding was great. Would recommend their service.

Iron Giant and Jeff Hoge do amazing work. Had two big trees on my property that needed to be cut down. Jeff and his team got it all taken care of. All my neighbors compliment on how nice it looks now without the giant trees. Also, Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job with the cleanup after the tree removal even made sure to blow the leaves off my roof and gutters. Jeff Hoge of Iron Giant has been amazing to work with. He coordinated the removal of a 90+ foot, much-beloved cottonwood tree that had been struck by lightning and was showing signs of decay. As sad as it was to say goodbye to the tree, it was fun to watch the way Jeff controlled the crane with great skill. He worked quickly and carefully, and I never worried about the safety of my property or the crew. His pricing was very reasonable and I would absolutely hire him again. I’ve already referred Iron Giant to several neighbors. I highly recommend them to anyone who has tricky tree issues. Thanks, Jeff!!!

Jeff absolutely saved our house! Our 85+ year old tree started cracking down the middle after a storm (see the photos). It’s a tight spot in Rockhill Gardens and, the way the tree was splitting, would have taken out at least our house and possibly two others. Jeff came over during the weekend to consult, secured it until he could get out a couple days later. He and the crew were amazing - fast, professional, and so kind.The tree took them a couple days but by the end of the week, they’d ground down the stump and not a single branch or leaf were left on the property. I still can’t believe how quickly they were able to respond. Jeff, we can never thank you enough for fitting us in between jobs and saving our house.

Good price on a large brush removal project. They even cleared out some cut brush not discussed and trimmed a dead branch overhanging a power line. It's pretty clear these guys like doing quality work. They raked and cleaned up leaving the property looking great! Awesome friction free interactions throughout the whole process!
