Constraction reviews in Paola, Kansas

We recently had a huge project, with a tight timeline to get it done before my son's graduation party. We had reached out to other companies, none said they could meet the timeline (around 8 weeks when we started). Shannon (contractor) came in with a positive outlook and promised it would be done. Took them FOUR weeks. Entire kitchen gut, new cabinets, flooring, walls, paint, electrical, plumbing to add the much needed dishwasher and garbage disposal. New lighting, pendant lights added, quartz countertops. You name it, we replaced it. In addition, the living room was also done from top to bottom with sheetrock (had old paneling), lighting, flooring, extra outlets. New doors on the front and back. Shannon was always responsive, quick to answer my many questions...and his crew...shout out to Jeremy and Chad!! On time or early every single day. Answered my questions, went above and beyond to even fix things not in the scope of their work. All while being patient and respectful of our 2 larger dogs. I am beyond pleased with the results and highly recommend them to anyone. We added multiple jobs as things progressed and they willingly did them. In the meantime, they connected us with fabulous electricians (McGrew Electrical) and Mike Koch (J&K Construction) to help with unforeseen issues (Electrical panel going out and severe hail damage). Five stars all day long!! And, we will be using them for any and all upcoming projects!

Great communication, showed up when they said they would be there. Gave straight honest answers. Great experience all around.

They came when they said they were going to be here. Rhey did a wonderful job.

I WOULD HAVE TO TELL EVERYONE TO GO TO CHECK THE PLACE OUT

Huge shout out to S&T Christian Remodeling LLC" for helping us finish our basement! If anyone is looking for a contractor in the Lawrence/Kansas City area I couldn’t recommend them more. Not only did they deliver us an amazing finished product, the communication and attention to detail made this whole remodeling process a breeze.

I’ve worked with Shannon on a few different projects and have been very pleased with their work. The cost has been reasonable each time and the schedule has been when we needed it. I highly recommend S&T Christian.

Shannon’s crew did a fantastic job on laying carpet in our 3 bedrooms. They were very professional while they were in our house. Thanks Shannon

S&T did a great job on the exterior of our home. We had various places of wood rot that were replaced and then a fresh new color. Thanks for updating the look of our home!

Thanks Shannon! We love our beautiful deck and the dogs love their doggie doors. It's a trend that should catch on.
Everything worked out perfectly. We could not be happier. We look forward to sitting out on the deck and coming up with more home improvement projects you can take on. We have been looking at all your wonderful projects on your website. You should publish a home improvement book.

We were looking for a company to come in and just specifically frame our basement. We had reached out to a different company who ended up ghosting us, so we looked elsewhere and we got Shanon’s name from another guy who owns a different construction company since we didn’t want a whole remodel. Their pricing was very fair and the work they did was efficient and just want we wanted. It’s such a relief to have this part done and in one day! Would very much recommend them! Great communication and great people!

Shannon and Jeremy have been great to work with! They are standup men and true to their word. I highly recommend S&T Christian remodeling for your service needs. They truly take good care of their customers and I will be a customer for life!

We were so blessed to have S&T Christian Remodeling work on our home. We had a load bearing wall removed to achieve an open concept. They were easy to work with and didn’t mind me asking several questions along the way. I definitely recommend them!

I needed a new door installed to replace an old one and was having trouble finding someone after the original installer stopped replying to my texts. I ran across S&T via the internet, called them on I think a Tuesday and Shannon gave me a price and said they could do it on the following Friday morning. The installer (Jeremy I think) arrived about 30 minutes early and went right to work. I think he did a great job and finished the job in what I think was a reasonable amount of time. It's now been a few weeks and I have had no issues with the door. Any future carpenter jobs and I will definitely check with these guys.

This is actually the second time we used S&T Christian remodeling. First time, we had a roof and gutter issue that needed to be repaired. Second was our beautiful deck.

Shannon and team did an amazing job on our new deck build! We stayed in communication throughout the whole process. Everyone was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the process. I even have a few more projects in mind for him and his team!

For me the biggest thing is making sure I understand the process and what it entails without "talking down" to me. I never felt that way once! At the risk of sounding cheesy I had a good gut feeling the first time with our roof and I'm glad I acted on it with the deck.

Thanks guys! See you again soon!

Shannon and his team did a great job on our recent project which included roofing, exterior painting, wood rot repair, staining and some plumbing/electrical needs. Communication was great, and his crews were hard-working and conscientious. Shannon is attentive to every detail. They will be my go-to for any future projects.

Shannon and his team recently completed a project for me that entailed repairing a deck and fence. S and T did an excellent job. They were professional and completed the work as agreed. Would definitely recommend them for your home repair needs.

Very happy with Shannon and his crew. My pergola turned out awesome and done a day earlier then promised. I would highly recommend S&T Christian Remodeling. Professional crew worked very hard. Super impressed with their work.
