Jumped right in on a disaster we had. They were there the same day and knew just when to call in help and who to call. Had the job done ASAP, and done well. Stuck with us right through the dealings with the insurance company. Highly revomended!

Careful with insurance claims. They charged me way too much. Quality work, but I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the pricing.

A couple years ago, I was selling my house and the home inspection said that I had broken trusses on my roof. I got 3 bids to repair it. They ranged between $11,300-$12,800. This was covered on my insurance. My insurance company called Klien to come out and look at it. The salesman at Klien said that it was a $2100 job. But, there was no way they would be able to do it. Needless to say I got a check from my insurance company for $1600. I had a $500 deductible. I argued with Klien asking them how can I replace 19 square of shingles, decking, and repair 13 broken trusses. All they would say is that it could be done. Just not by them. They came up with a way to RIG the trusses and said they could get a structural engineer to sign off on it. Which they didn't, because there was NO WAY it was even close to being right. If they would have agreed to do the work for $2100 there is no way I would have let them right the trusses the way they suggested I do it. If they do work like this as a company, I would stay as far away as you can. I ended up having to fix the trusses myself. No labor, just materials, cost me $8700. BEWARE!!!

Had a water damage restoration that I had them fix. Workmanship was good except for flooring contractor. They tried not place underlayment over floor on first attempt an lied and said they did until I proved it to them with pictures . On second attempt they didn't do it again as I had asked and was rude to my wife ignoring her requests to stop since it was being done as we had asked. Third time was fine...then got final bill. They charged for over $700.00 of things they never did. I had to have them correct that (I still think that they over-charged, but was done fighting) and then when I went to pay they said that they charge fee for credit card. I am a business owner and I know that there is a fee to use credit cards but in 2018 that is just part of doing business in my opinion...should be factored into cost of doing business. You would think they would be more accommodating after their prior poor performance.

I had them out to help me with a fire at my house which my father built. They were very slow moving and did not take me seriously AT ALL. It seemed like I was pretty low on their prioritize list. Then when they finally started working they kept trying to tell me I had to rip out built ins which my dad had built, tear apart rooms which didn't have any soot or smell. They kept telling me they could make insurance pay for it anyway and that they would give me some of the money. Very unethical and poor quality of work.

We’ve been so pleased with the work Klein has done for us, from bathroom remodel to home restoration after we suffered basement flooding. Frank Jonas has been responsive to any issues, and has moved each project along quickly.

Company able to coordinate our requests, provide personnel and materials in timely manner after a water problem in our home. They enabled us to stay in our house during and after renovations. Cost estimates were on target, deadlines met, persons friendly and competent.

Worked with Klein through water damage. They did a great job working with my insurance and the quality of work and the timing was great. Hopefully I don’t need their services any time soon, but I would definitely work with them again.
