We had a smoking outlet on a Friday night. Grounded Electrical gave us advice over the phone that night, came over Saturday morning to diagnose the issue, and had it all fixed Sunday. We were so grateful to get help over the weekend at a reasonable price. Awesome service, thanks so much!

Great man to work with, quality knowledge and does what it takes to fix the previous shoddy “hack jobs”, and do the actual job perfectly.

Pro tip: only work with licensed and insured providers, such as Adam… same price as the scabs from Nextdoor etc… I tried that first, oops.

These guys were honestly the best! We did a kitchen remodel and they ended up updating a lot more. We ended up getting a new panel too. Ours was outlawed in the 70s. They were professional, cleaned up nicely, educated us on a few things, and were very reliable. Highly recommend.

We had a 4-year-old LED light go out in our office, called Grounded Electrical and Adam came out within an hour. He diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered a new part and replaced within a week. Since then two more lights have gone out and Adam and Jeff have been out to take out the old driver and replace, the last one next day. The professionalism, quality of work, timeliness of completion of work and the cost has been the best that we have found in dealing with any of our vendors! Adam just helped us with a faulty connection and fixing some DIY wiring on a ceiling light fixture in our 1906 home and did a great job. Adam came to our house on very short notice to help us in a pinch. Our home is very old with 100+ years of accumulated amateur electrical work, but Adam knew exactly what to do and was kind enough to educate us along with providing a fix. Adam was the first electrician to actually answer the phone rather than use an AI service. He came out on a weekend without charging a fee to visit, diagnosed the reason for my HVAC not being grounded, and got it fixed for a reasonable price the next business day in addition to making sure my electrical panel was up to code to prevent future issues. I wish more service/trades people made me feel like they were being as honest, fair, and clear as he did. 10/10

We used this company on a few properties and received poor service and the work was not quality. Will not use again.
