We came to Plan Rebuild with blue prints already prepared for our home addition that almost doubled the size of our 100 year old house and they delivered!

The schedule flowed smoothly, and though there are bound to be unknown unknowns with any project of this size, there was never an issue with coming to an agreement. Jeff and team were always quick and responsive. We'd definitely use again and always refer them to anyone asking!

I have had the privilege of working with Plan Rebuild for more than five years, and it has been an absolutely positive experience. What stands out the most is the people—they are a team of great individuals to work with. The communication with the owner and project managers is always straightforward and friendly, and their design work is consistently impressive. Their punctuality and the excellent quality of the jobs they deliver make them a top-tier company in my book. Highly recommended.

Plan Rebuild renovated a full bathroom and added a half bath where there was previously an extra staircase (old house). We worked mostly with Mike and Dawn, who were wonderful and communicative throughout the entire process, letting us know where we stood vs. the project budget and which subs would be working a particular day or week, etc. This was our first big renovation project and the team made a stressful process much more manageable. Work was completed within the projected timeframe and budget, and the finished product is beautiful.

Being able to trust your home to a contractor is invaluable. I appreciate the honesty and dedication to getting it “right” every step of the way.

We had the best experience with Plan Rebuild. They were so amazing throughout our entire remodel process and only worked with reliable, fair and honest sub contractors. We had our bathroom completely remodeled, electrical, lighting and flooring throughout our entire home. Even when we ran into unforeseen issues (as remodels always do), Jeff and his team were very communicative/honest throughout the process. They were onsite, checking in on progress daily. We will definitely use them again, can't recommend them enough!!!
