I worked with Scott and Fairway Exteriors to install all new windows, siding, and gutter on my house. He did a great job from start to finish. He provides a very through estimate and tells you about the products he suggests but gives options. He was always responsive if I had a question, and kept close tabs on the project and provided updates. I would 100% recommend using his company. My house look wonderful!

We had Fairway Exteriors replace 13 original windows on our 1950’s home. Scott provided a range of window options at different price points and talked me through the benefits of each. The replacement windows look fantastic. Scott and his team did a great job. Communication was easy and Scott was very responsive. The installers were very professional, punctual (early even), worked astonishingly fast and did quality work. Interior trim work was left in place, and the new exterior trim looks great. They hauled away all debris and even vacuumed inside. Price was cheaper than other comparable bids. Highly Recommended.

Scott and his team did a fantastic job! Despite a rainy spring, our extensive project (full siding, multiple windows, new gutters, new shutters...) was completed on budget and ahead of schedule! We also had a few surprises along the way with some extra repairs for under the surface wood rot (which really needed to be repaired regardless of the new siding), but Scott's team kept us informed and involved. The dedicated construction team was completely professional and respectful of our house and our neighborhood. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful new/old house!

From start to finish Scott and his team from Fairway Exteriors were great. We met with Scott late last year to start planning the siding project and at every steps he was super responsive and provided excellent service. He kept us in the loop about escalating product costs that enabled us to get the products purchased prior to a price hike, which of course was really appreciated. There was no point of the process where we wondered what was happening because Scott kept us updated the entire way.

As for the work itself, we could not be happier. His crew arrived when he said they would and left our house very clean with virtually no nails or debris around the house. Scott provided us daily updates throughout the days work was occurring, which included video updates to show the ongoing daily progress.

Once finalized, Scott took the time to be sure we understood all the different phases of work to be completed. Scott, Isaac, and team were absolutely fantastic. We are both extremely pleased with the results and the process. Scott and Isaac kept us well informed of the progress and helped us navigate customization decisions. Additionaly, they stood by their product and fixed a water issue with our deck, despite it likely being an issue created by a previous contractor. I absolutely recommend to anyone interested in new siding!

Scott and Isaac were great to work with! Scott was patient as we took 2-3 years to make this big investment decision in new siding. He followed up every few months without pressure to just stay in contact.

The project came in on time and at the quoted price all the while dealing with issues that came up during the install.

We used Scott and Fairway Exteriors to reside our whole house with Hardie siding. From the very first interaction, Scott was very responsive, communicative, and interested. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get just that. I was very impressed by the frequent updates and involvement during our project because we have not gotten that on other large house projects we’ve had. If you express and concerns Scott and Fairway will work with you to make sure they are addressed. Finally, we were very impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail on things that could easily have gone unnoticed. Yes, it’s expensive, so I didn’t evaluate that in this review. But, if you’re looking for a company that will provide excellent service and give you exactly what you paid for and maybe more, take a look at Fairway Exteriors.

We really enjoyed working with Fairway Exteriors! The process was super easy to go through and had a very detailed quote/contract. Their quote was so much more reasonable than other companies and for quality James Hardie. The only improvement could have been a little bit more communication initiated by the company, but I may just be an over-communicator. They did a great job at cleaning up and then went above and beyond when a few light fixtures were broken in the process. House is absolutely gorgeous and was done so well! Highly recommend!

We worked with Fairway Exteriors and had a good experience. We did both siding and windows as well and have been pleased with the work for both. We chose Fairway based on reviews from others and their pricing was competitive. The onsite installers were professional and there was always a foreman on site we could communicate directly with. He also gave us daily updates on progress, questions or issues. We had issues with a leaky exterior faucet and a gas line that they discovered and we had a third party come out to fix. Those were our only additional costs.

We received several estimates from different companies before choosing Fairway. Scott answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured to rush the process. Our work was completed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and Scott and the company were very detailed oriented. Our house looks amazing!

The workers at 5301 roe highway block the sidewalk for 9hrs a day, for 10 days now. Forcing people with strollers into the busy road. There is a side road with plenty of parking space a 1/4 block away. I did reach out to the company twice before posting this review. I would never use company that values children's lives so little. Makes me wonder how much they value their work.

Update: The home owner was confronted by someone from this company concerning this review and asked for my information. I'm not sure what they intend to do with that knowledge. The home owner passed along my review to a nosy neighbor. This lead to a heated phone call from that neighbor. She wants me to take down my review and that it was a honest mistake. Forcing women and children onto a highway for 2 weeks when it could have been avoided is not a honest mistake. Especially when I tried twice to work this out face to face and over the phone. All of this could have been avoided had the workers thought about safety first instead of their own convenience.

After receiving multiple quotes to replace my siding from other contractors, I chose Scott and his crew. Scott was very open and transparent with me, explaining all the steps and reasoning to his approach. I was very happy with the install quality, as well as the updates that Isaac and Scott would provide me on the work as it progressed. I have already suggested Fariway Exteriors to a few neighbors who were interested in replacing their siding as well!

The Fairway Exteriors team did an excellent job on our home. We called to request a free estimate for a full siding project, as well as the potential for some additional work, primarily a partial remodel of the back door. The estimate process was easy, the quote was clear, and the communication was great. There was some lead time before the project began, simply due to the materials needing to be ordered, but that's going to happen with any of these large projects. Once the work began, Scott and his foreman Isaac were very communicative from the outset, and very helpful in addressing any of our questions and/or concerns. The house looks great, and we're thrilled with the quality of the siding and the door they installed. Would highly recommend reaching out to Fairway if you're looking to work on your home's siding or other exterior needs.

Scott and the Fairway Exterior team saved my house! I recently had a local contractor do an incredibly poor job of installing James Hardie siding on my house. Ultimately it would have led to many leaks and possibly rotting. Scott and his team at Fairway Exteriors removed all of the shoddy work and started fresh installing everything according to all of the manufacturers specifications. Now I have a beautiful home again with a warranty on the work completed that the manufacturer will stand by. Hard lesson learned on selecting a great contractor. Scott and his team can be trusted to do amazing work. I would definitely use Fairway Exteriors again!
