Lindsey was able to have someone evaluate my issue the same day I called and I appreciate that very much. Kudos to Lindsey. The person that evaluated my issue and the technician that performed the actual work were friendly and courteous. I do have some issue that kept me from rating my experience 5 star. First, the day following my repair I went to the basement and a light had been left on. Second, when the technician was bringing the new sump in my house I noticed that the backup battery was the same as my present backup battery, which I had just replaced a few months ago. I asked the technican to use my battery in the new system and leave the new battery for me in its box. He said he would and when he left he said the repairs were done, everything looked good, no leaks and he left the battery. When I went to the basement he actually had installed the new battery and left me the "old one". Maybe he was required to use the new battery or maybe he didn't understand my request but I didn't get the impression that either was true. Lastly, the new system appears different and in reflection it would have been good to have him show me the function and an operation manual and warranty documents would have been nice. It might seem like I wasn't attentive to the situation but I use a walker and accessing the basement is difficult for me and reserved for necessity only. I do appreciate the prompt response to my repair needs.

My best friend from high school just retired from having his own HVAC business. I called him today and went over both the A/C inspection checklist that Andy provided last week as well as Dre's visit yesterday. He said he was impressed with Andy's thoroughness and time spent here - and recommended the membership/maintenance agreement based on that work. I appreciated all of Dre's explanations of options for other maintenance - even though we may not necessarily contract for those things like duct cleaning and return drop replacement. Overall, I am happy to do business with LBA based on my experience and the recommendation of a trusted source of info.
