General Contractor reviews in Shawnee, Kansas

Luke was a pleasure to work with!

We at Clemons Real Estate love working with Complete Property Solutions! We appreciate their business and quality of work they do!

The whole team was super easy to work with. Coalton and Nicole were especially helpful in the process of getting everything squared away. One of the best property management I've ever come across.

We have done 4 projects with Phil and his team now over the last 6 years. Construction and renovations can be messy, but it is nice to know that CPS will work through all of the issues in a fair and equitable way with you, proving a great final end product.

Does not pay sub contractors on time 60-90 plus days and still waiting on payment to finish our contracted work.

We loved working with CPS! They built our new auditorium & totally remodeled out current gym into a two levels with an awesome children's ministry area in the second level. They did an excellent job while also saving us significant dollars on the overall project. Lead minister of University Christian Church, Manhattan, KS.

Jerry did a very nice job and very thorough.

They done a quality construction project for me.

Straub Construction has integrity as a core value and they practice what they preach.

This general contractor exceeded our expectations with our recent remodeling project. They were organized, transparent about costs, and kept us updated at every stage. The crew worked diligently and maintained a clean job site. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show in the final outcome. We’re very satisfied and would confidently recommend them for any construction or renovation work.

Our experience with Speht Construction was stellar!
Great quality work, fantastic communication and timely completion. Every aspect from beginning to end was as good as it gets.

Henry and his team were professional, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the remodeling process. They gave us everything we wanted in our updated kitchen!

I solicited 10 companies and Specht won the award to build a mother in law suite, new kitchen, expansion of house and 4 seasons room. They also provided a transformation of the interior space. Their team are local and took such care to us in the pandemic including safeguards with them and their contractors. I could not be happier to have worked with this company and would recommend to anyone. After a 1500 SF remodel and re-addition the entire team of Specht and all staff has been the best and highly recommend. They are good honest people and great to work with. Another thing is this is a small start up business with the highest of craftsmanship from skilled carpenters to plumbers. All of the crew and the owner of Henry and Paig were great to work with.

Henry and his team were fantastic to work with during our kitchen remodel. Henry was always available to answer our questions. The Specht team and other subcontractors were very professional. Our project went smoothly and from start to finish and was completed in a short time period. We will definitely be using Spetcht construction for future projects in our home.

Working with Specht Construction was a tremendous experience. Henry and Paige were responsive, honest, personable and invested in the project. We remodeled the entire house and Henry was dedicated to each portion of the project. If something deviated from the plan, he called right away to talk about it or showed up on a Saturday morning because he wanted it to be perfect. Henry treated our house as his own. His attention to detail and pride in his work ensured everything was completed with top notch quality, resulting in a beautiful home for us.

We’d recommend Specht Construction to anyone!

There's a reason Specht Construction is so successful. Working with Henry and his team as a sub-contractor for Specht Construction has been and continues to be a great experience. All of his project managers and staff go above and beyond. Communication is key and they are always one step ahead. Specht Construction produces top tier work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

Specht Construction is phenomenal. We just finished a project with them that included a complete basement renovation and an addition of a guest room and laundry/mudroom. Henry was wonderful from day 1 and worked closely with us to come up with ideas and solutions for our space. Everyone on the Specht team was outstanding--respectful and thoughtful and full of craftsmanship. Every sub that touched our project was also great. Henry and his team are good, genuine people who care about your home as if its their own and they made our first renovation a true joy.
