Isaac did an amazing job cleaning the siding and gutters on the house and garage. He also power washed all the concrete and decking then cleaned all the windows inside and out. What he did in one day would have taken us several days. His communication setting up the appointment was top quality too. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone needing exterior cleaning!

Beware! Response rate was great and they showed up on time but what I bought on the phone versus what showed up was black and white. I was told in detail how my screens would be removed and cleaned by a piece of equipment they have and then someone would come inside house and clean windows then put screens back in. Instead I got a just out of high school very polite young man who put an attachment to my own hose (luckily I had one) and used a brush in my screen never removing. Some of the windows barely look any different and I'll have to do it all over again. Sales man admits he told me something else. People, this guy just blatantly lied. Owner apologized and while I did pay some (if I didn't the kid wouldn't have gotten paid at all since he's paid pure commission) I didn't pay full price. Absurd, unethical totally bait and switch and absolutely done intentional. I now know others with identical experience with these guys. My advice, go somewhere else

Sparkling clean job on a new construction home. There was windows 30ft off the ground, windows with paint, and hardened residue from tape, he got them all off and sparkling clean. Never knew the windows could look this good. Thanks again, will be calling back for cleaning again.

Josh was great. We have these floor to ceiling windows on the back of our house. I’ve tried to clean them myself in a few different ways. Could never get them clean. We initially told Josh that these were the only windows that we wanted cleaned - inside and out. But, when he arrived my husband added the front window and door. No problem at all. Josh jumped right in and got them done too. The price was very reasonable and would definitely recommend this business.

Josh cleaned all our windows and patio doors. I hadn’t realized my windows were so dirty until I could see out them in 4K. He also cleaned out my gutters. Reasonably priced, friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely hire Josh to clean our windows again!

Awful experience. They came in and gave an estimate on their own and then refused to do the work saying it was “too much”. I paid for all the interior and exterior cleaning of the commercial hood in my restaurant and the worker, Mike Wheeler, did half the inside and didn’t do any cleaning on the outside. I paid for exterior cleaning & he refused to clean!! Additionally, he didn’t bring any equipment and used my brand new microfiber towels I had bought for my business without asking. Mike didn’t move my new stove out of the way and there is grease on it now. I asked him to and he said he won’t get it dirty, but then proceeded to. I called their number asking for someone to come back and finish up the cleaning and the lady was rude and unprofessional. She ended the call and refused to call again. I got charged hundreds for someone who refused to do their work. Attached are pics. Never go through this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and don’t know how to do their job.
