I was told that someone would arrive between 2:30PM and 5PM. I was not informed they were going to be late. I called them at 4:15 and they said they were running behind because of a commercial project. Around 6PM I called back and told them to come the next morning because we had plans that evening.
The next day someone came by and fixed the problem quickly and easily. However I was still charged $99 as a “service fee”. There was pieces of black rubber from our shut off valve inside the faucet supply line causing it to clog and have low pressure.
All he did was unscrew it and remove the black rubber and screw it back. He left and the problem came back within an hour or 2, so I just fixed it myself. I’m giving 3 stars because they were able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. I wanted to pay the man for his time but I just don’t think it should have cost me $99.

James was great! Provided lots of information and great tips on how to prevent damage or problems with our septic tank since we are new to this system. Affordable and easy to work with type of company, definitely recommend it!

Water backed up in floor drain in basement. Called Reddi Services on Monday, mid morning. Miguel Ruiz and Eric showed up early afternoon, same day, and cleaned the floor drain of tree roots. Excellent service! The two were very professional, knowledgeable and quick service. Price was very reasonable. We have used Reddi Services for many years and would recommend to all. Thank you Miguel and Eric!
