James was great! Provided lots of information and great tips on how to prevent damage or problems with our septic tank since we are new to this system. Affordable and easy to work with type of company, definitely recommend it!

Water backed up in floor drain in basement. Called Reddi Services on Monday, mid morning. Miguel Ruiz and Eric showed up early afternoon, same day, and cleaned the floor drain of tree roots. Excellent service! The two were very professional, knowledgeable and quick service. Price was very reasonable. We have used Reddi Services for many years and would recommend to all. Thank you Miguel and Eric!

Justin was absolutely wonderful!! He’s very thorough and professional! He definitely knows what he’s doing and an asset to your company! Super nice guy too!! We always ask for him because we trust him!!

Kitchen sink was backed up for 5 days. After going through 2 plumbers and endless rooting, nothing was accomplished. So, I called Reddit Services after being recommended by one of the previous plumbers. The Reddi Technician, Damion, evaluated the situation and recommended hydro jetting the clogged line. After only 20 minutes, the line was clear. He even showed me video of the inside of the cleaned out line. Not only was he very professional, he was an Ambassador for Reddi Services. Folks will not be disappointed with Reddi because they treat you like a person and not as a number. That is almost unheard of these days!

I do surveys for excellent services. Reddi Services has helped me in the past resolve the same issue with my drain down my basement. Daniel the service person of Reddi Services was very professional and knowledgable. He fixed the issue in record fashion . The fee was very competitive. Lets give Reddi Services a try and you will not regret. God bless us all .

Zach Shreve did an excellent job! As we had low water pressure coming from the hot side of the kitchen sink (which is not what he was initially here to repair) Zach took it upon himself to troubleshoot the issue and resolved it with some “Outside of the Box” thinking!

Quick service within a couple hours and resonable rates. Daniel and Austen came out and cleared our main drain line of tree roots. Sewage was backing up into our basement bathroom. They even recommended a service to help us clean up the mess.

Couldn’t recommend Reddi enough! My grandmother had a different company come out and tell her she had a “severe crack” in her cast iron pipe that was going to cost $7900 to replace. Tyler from Reddi came out and brought us downstairs to show us the camera and that there was ZERO cracks in her pipe but there were tree roots. Later that evening Damion came out and cleared them and $165 later she’s good to go! They were both super respectful of her and did an amazing job! Will definitely be using them again!

Had a plumbing issue at my house. Jeremiah with ReddiServices did a great job. He found the issue and resolved it quickly an effectively. He was very personable. I would utilize him again.

I called on Reddi Services for the clearing of our main sewer line. They have been our company-of-first-choice for over two decades for addressing drain problems.

The tech today, Daniel S, was outstanding in every way. He evaluated the problem thoroughly, and worked in tight surroundings to augur the line. He worked carefully and efficiently, and was very personable. Did a great job.

These guys have done work for us over the last 15 years or so and it has been spectacular every time. They have installed toilets, replaced our HVAC, installed new faucets… they operate on the principle of accommodating their customers, and it translates to a job well done. That is uncommon in today’s age, and it is very appreciated. Dealing with a defective part from a manufacturer, and these guys are going out of their way to see this through. The two techs that you have sent to my house the past couple of days. The one showed up last night snaked the drain clear, but discovered some repairs that needed to be made. He called the shop, got it all lined out for another tech to come out and do the repairs this morning. Jamie showed up and did the repairs. I was very impressed with what he did. Both of those guys are very knowledgeable. And communicate very well with their customers. I will recommend your company to anybody that I think might need you because those two tech were so good.

My experience was nothing less than amazing. From the initial contact to the services that was provided from the staff. The gentleman explained everything to me about my septic tank, gave me more information than I knew I needed. Referred me to another service and the next gentleman came out with in a few hours for a quote regarding other concerns I had. Jeremiah found a life threatening issue and immediately acted on it, had he not been vigilant and go above and beyond by checking on something unrelated to what I asked, my family and I would not be here today. He found a carbon monoxide leak that I had no idea about and got someone to fix it within a few hours. This company did an amazing job and I recommend this company and the staff.
