Great communication and follow-up. A few weeks after work was completed we had a drip from gutter develop. They came out that day to tape and cone off the sidewalk underneath the drip so that pedestrians would not slip on any frozen ice, then fixed the problem a few days later at no charge. They will be who I call for any future roof or gutter issues.

Great job fixing a leak above the front door. Replaced wood rot, installed a new, bigger gutter. Timely and professional. Reasonably priced too. My "go to" roofing service. My second experience with them and they're great.

We hired KCRS to replace out dated roof over 8 months ago.
Mari Provencher was fantastic at handling all aspects of our project. The installers were on time and did an excellent job of keeping the site clean of debris. Any questions or concerns we had along the way Mari quickly addressed.

What started out as a phone call because a tree limb has impaled our roof ended up being a full roof and gutter system replacement along with some window trim. Bradd was fantastic to work with and did all the work of contacting our insurance company and getting everything taken care of. We could not be more pleased with the experience or our new roof and gutters! Bonus is that we've had plenty of storms since the work was completed to test the new roof and it has been amazing.
