SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE, AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!
John is a liar and can not be trusted.
They could not be trusted to do an easy design to engineer 2 short retaining walls, they had a 10 week window to provide stamped drawings so the county would not fine me. Many many calls and empty promises showed me they are not honest.
I wish I could post same review on BBB site, but no surprise, they aren't registered with the better business bureau!
John if you're reading this, your firm showed me (thankfully) that your firm couldn't handle a simple task, and the custom home we are going to build is safe from you ever getting the contract. Thank you! Loser!

worst so called design firm in the state of kansas or Missouri for that matter. they lie to you tell you that plans will be done in 10 days, you will be lucky if you get them in 3 months. call to talk to them and they tell you oh they are on inspection or in a meeting. they will call you back. never receive call back. do not waste time or money with them. many reputable engineering firms that are glad to help you. defiantly not recommended. I would have given -5 stars if that was an option.
