Flooring reviews in Spring Hill, Kansas

Love this store. Always helpful people. Great prices! This time Dan and Brian helped us. These photos are their unfinished red oak hardwood. We haven’t stained them yet but already a huge improvement and gorgeous.

All the guys were all very helpful and knowledgable. Great pricing and clean store.

Excellent flooring choices matched with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Factory Surplus in Spring Hill KS.

Great flooring, great price, great service.

Guy at register was really rude while trying to return unused products.

Great service and great prices

Best store to work with when trying to find the right flooring!!

Great products, value and great service!

The staff was nice and helpful. They have a pretty good inventory, smaller than other places in the city, but I liked the supply that they had to choose from.

This place is great! Good prices and they were so kind and patient with my wild toddler!

Not just flooring but you can get cabinets and scratch and dent appliances as well!

Found this place on facebook and decided to go visit to look at tile. Was not disappointed at all and they had plenty of selection and great prices

Great experience. Ryan and Tom had the best customer service and helped me tremendously. Clean, organized store. Will ship again.

Local, decent options to choose from, slightly cheaper than big name stores on some things which is hard to do. Handled my wild child running around and climbing and loaded our purchases into our vehicle for us. Answered all the questions we had as well.

Great price on the counter tops that we purchased. My wife can't wait to get them installed.

Bought beautiful medium grey porcelain floor tile for a fraction of the retail price. Large selection of products, great service and terrific prices. Thank you!

Great convenient place to get your flooring materials for your next project. Friendly customer service and VERY AFFORDABLE. Don’t go anywhere else for tile/hardwood/LVP

Hidden Gem of a store. Brand new appliances for half the price of a new one. Little dents but it’s a washer. Not furniture. Very pleased. Tom helped me great representation of the company

Stopped into Spring Hill Factory Surplus and was impressed with how much they carry in one place. Good variety of flooring options like vinyl plank, hardwood, and tile, plus appliances, cabinets, and countertops, which makes it easy if you’re tackling a full home project. The staff was friendly and straightforward, answered questions without any pressure, and the prices were solid compared to other places I’ve looked. Definitely a local business worth checking out if you’re upgrading your home or shopping around for flooring or appliances.

Great prices on appliances too! Glad I checked them out and saved myself $400 on the exact same dryer the big orange box store never made delivery on for me. Will certainly check them out for all future needs, great service & environment.
