Camdyn and his crew from Tidd Tree were super polite and efficient, plus they wanted to make sure I was happy with the results of their trimming and cleanup. They even blew the leaves off my deck, which they didn’t have to do. Thoroughly recommend.

I hired Tidd Tree to remove a tree after a storm we had that split a tree. They were very quick to come out and take a look and explain what would need to be done. After explaining everything they sent out the estimate for either approval to move forward or to decline.

After I approved the quote they started the process of contacting utilities to get service lines dropped so that they could do their job safely. Once everything was setup with utilities and they arrived at my house it only took them 4 to 5 hours to remove limbs from split tree and then take remainder of tree down. They cleaned up as they were going to not leave a mess for me to clean up.

They had to take down a small portion of my fence and they put it back up when they were done.

This is the second time I have had Tidd Tree come do tree work for me and I will continue to use them. I have already received a third quote to have some trees trimmed away from my house.

I love Tidd Tree and highly recommend them to any and everyone.

Overall, we would not use this company again. Scheduling was challenging and we were re-scheduled several times over 3 months. I completely understand needing to be rescheduled due to weather, but we were rescheduled 4 times before the job was completed. If Tidd Tree isn't interested in taking small residential jobs, then don't quote them out. It was really frustrating to be rescheduled so many times, and had we known, we would have gone with another company that had greater availability. Communication was really poor-- with emails sent saying "you've been scheduled"-- even when we were re-scheduled. I expected at least a call when we were rescheduled so late, and so many times. The day they were supposed to come out, they did not show up until late in the afternoon after I called the office wondering where the workers were. They were unable to complete the job that day. The workers did an okay job. There are still a few dead branches in the trees that were not cleared out, and several moments where I was quite worried when a larger limb hit our roof and gutters on the way down. We had requested they leave the woodchips for us, which they did. Half of the pile spilled into our yard/grass. We don't mind if there was some spillage, but would have preferred if the workers took more care to leave the chips in the driveway instead of the yard.

Tidd Tree was very easy to work with. Both the office staff and tree crews were friendly, efficient, and neat. Cannot recommend enough!

Camden’s crew were here on time, we discussed the plan, the work began! They know what they are doing, my trees look GREAT!! The clean up was VERY GOOD as well! I would highly recommend TT to everyone!

Tidd Tree did a great job! They cut down 3 very large cottonwoods trees on our playground. They cleaned up and hauled everything off. They were very quick and very professional and friendly. I really appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them!

The entire process was a great experience. From Ms. Tracy to Brandon M, I felt at home and they made it comfortable to spend my $$ with them! This was my second time using Tidd Tree and it was well worth it. The crew was careful and cleaned up afterwards.

The guys at Tidd Tree did a great job cutting down 4 large elm trees that were right up by my house. They obviously knew what they were doing and had a system down with all their guys doing their specific job and making quick work of the clean up. They were affordable and professional.
I will for sure be using them again in the future.

Tidd Tree did a top tier job removing a very large, very old tree from a difficult location at a reasonable price. The entire team was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and at ease with constant communication They assured everything went off without any issues. I cannot reccomend this company enough...

We had a tree limb fall on the roof of our house. They came out the same day that I called. It wasn’t a big job, but they were reasonable on it. And I scheduled more tree trimming for later in the year. I would recommend them.

I did not hire them but I am a neighbor to where they completed cutting down over 20 trees leaving it a wasteland of branches and debris. I called to let them know they left our alleyway completed covered in branches and mud as well as the sidewalks that were impassable because of the tire tracks full of mud and branches. As of today which is 4 days later, they have not returned to clean up and I see neighbors having to walk into the street with their pets and children to avoid what was created by Tidd. Additionally, our neighbor was out there taking branches and trying to make the alleyway passable for cars (with his baby!) this is unacceptable and I feel Tidd tree showed no respect for our neighborhood when they left the mess as well as after I called to give them a chance to fix it. Now snow has melted and it’s an even bigger mess.

Addition to review:
On 1/24 they sent someone out. I had to go out and show him where the sidewalk actually was after he packed up his vehicle because he didn’t know with how they had covered with debris and mud over everything. He did then attempt to do better with the city sidewalk and alley. I appreciate you sending someone out, but I feel this could have been avoided in a few ways. The city couldn’t remove the snow from the sidewalk as they did to the north and south because you had made it impassible with the carelessness of your crew. You could have easily removed the snow yourself and known the property boundaries prior to tree removal instead of waiting until a week later or request the property owners remove snow before starting work (which they also should be responsible for). And while you sent someone who did do his absolute best to clean up, why wasn’t this done the day of or the following? Your guys were out in frigid temps to remove the trees, many watching while men worked the machines, who could have been raking and removing branches from property and spaces that same day. Also, the man who came out said “well they are just going to dig this up in 2-3 weeks anyway” which to me showed such a lack of understanding and respect for the issue and our community. Overall, I gave you a chance and courtesy and even called the owner before writing the review many days later. I am glad someone cleaned it up but I feel it wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t complain.

This is the second time we’ve had Tidd Tree out to our Olathe home, and once again, they exceeded expectations. Professional, clean, courteous, and extremely detail-oriented. It’s great to have true pros keeping the trees healthy and looking their best. Highly recommend!

We had 8 Oak Trees that were about 60 feet tall and had never been really trimmed.
We were so pleased with the crew that came, they were professional, friendly. Their work ethic is to be commended, they made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. We highly recommend Tidd Tree!

I would highly recommend Tidd Tree. They are true professionals with some of the finest and newest equipment. We were also very pleased with the care they took to protect our lawn and plants from any potential damage including putting down plywood wherever their equipment was used. This was very important to us! Not only did the expert tree trimming look great to us, the Arborist hired by the condominium behind us reached out to us to comment on beautiful job they did including creating the natural looking canopy which is a step above most tree trimming services. GREAT JOB!

Tidd Tree did a great job trimming our large birch tree and removing a tree. The estimate was provided immediately after the inspection, and an appointment was scheduled once we approved it. I would definitely use their services again.

Tidd Tree was on time, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do. They took the tree down efficiently, protected the yard, and left everything clean when they were done.
Fence was put back properly and there was zero mess left behind.

I had a huge part of my tree fall off and was worried about another piece falling off as well on another part of my house. They came out the day I called and gave me a very fair price to take it down. They were able to push my job up because of my circumstance. Everyone was so kind and understanding. They did an amazing job!

I have had 1 particular tree I have been wanting removed for 2 years. Tidd tree came out to give me an estimate this morning and it and another were gone by mid afternoon. Crew was fast and efficient and I am even more pleased today than the first time they did work for me. Highly recommend.

I’d completely forgotten about the tree in my backyard that desperately needed some TLC with a chainsaw until I spotted a truck from Tidd Tree working across the street. Their equipment looked well-maintained, and when I approached the driver for a business card, he was courteous and genuinely happy to help.

Over the years I’ve dealt with my fair share of contractors who don't show up for quotes, never return calls, or disappear after providing an estimate even when you let them know, you're ready to move forward.

While Tidd Tree hasn't even come out for my estimate yet, let alone completed any work, I am still impressed as I watched them handle my neighbor's project. When I called their office, Tracy was incredibly pleasant, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was genuinely helpful in scheduling my quote while making sure I had all the details I needed.

Based on these initial interactions alone, they've already exceeded my expectations compared to other contractors I've worked with. I'm optimistic about moving forward with them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Tidd Tree did a wonderful job cutting down my 100 year old oak tree. Several companies cried off the job prior to me finding Tidd Tree. They did an outstanding job working throughout the day in the heat until it was done. Everyone was very friendly and professional. There were a lot of trucks and equipment for the size of the tree but they handled setup and cleanup afterwards very well. I’m very grateful for their work and would happily call them again for any other tree work. Their price was reasonable as well!
