I am very pleased with the services provided by Green Lawn. I observed their work on a neighbor’s lawn and started using their services last year. My lawn has improved with their work. I especially appreciate the advance notice of treatments and responses to any adjustments I request.

I recently hired this business for fall fertilization, but my experience with them has been highly disappointing. One of the major issues I encountered was their inconsistent and unreliable attendance. It seems like they show up whenever they feel like it, without any regard for the agreed-upon schedule.

After the initial disappointment, I decided to take a proactive step and requested them to inform me in advance about their visit. Unfortunately, even after this specific request, they still arrived at a completely different time than expected. This lack of communication and adherence to the agreed-upon schedule is highly unprofessional and frustrating.

To add to my dissatisfaction, this year, the condition of my grass is appalling. It appears to be completely dead, almost as if it has been burned out. This is the worst state it has been in during my nearly five-year residency here. As someone who takes pride in maintaining a healthy and vibrant lawn, I am deeply disappointed with the results of their fall fertilization service.

I have had a very bad experience with this company and would be hesitant to recommend them. My lawn looks worse than it ever has and that is after watering it all summer with their treatments. Buyer beware.

They do a great job coming out and getting our yard looking great. Even if you think that something is right Green again has came back to check on my yard

We had our yard aerated and seeded. They passed over the yard twice and used a nice amount of seed. It only took an hour from start to finish. Very happy with the work and can’t wait to see some new grass.

Over six months I have tried through their portal. Finally begging through email, text and voicemails for them to never return to my property again and call me after 3:30pm for resolution. If only I could give a negative rating. Claire seems overworked or uncaring. I have never once asked for "a deal" or payment plan. I have been trying to pay the entire balance and just never have them set foot on my lawn again. Easier to care for my lawn myself than trying to deal with this company.

Can't say enough good things about them. Extremely reasonable price, great job by the guys, and the results speak for themselves. 2-and-a-half weeks after seeding and it's looking phenomenal. Thank you!!

They are the best lawn company I’ve ever worked with. Great communication and customer service. They have done an amazing job helping me get a beautiful lawn my boys are able to play on and we love being outside in the grass.
