you either get a voicemail or some guy that answers that really doesn't act like he cares and tries telling you to "call your electric provider to make sure it's not on their end"

Jordan came to our home and put us at ease with our problem. Working and talking with him was a breeze due to his. He explained everything he did and was very respectful with our home during his work. He gave us options and solutions that I hadn't even thought of, all awhile keeping things cost effective for us. In the end he went the extra mile to get us what we wanted. I will be returning if ever I need electrical work done again. If the employee is any kind of reflection of the business, I would encourage everyone to give Perry a try, I bet you won't regret it.

Sudden electrical problems can be extremely frustrating. Jordan came into our home with a positive attitude and located the issue after doing a thorough job of going through each room. We were very pleased with how he took time to explain what he was doing and his reasoning for it. So much, that we will be using him for all our future needs!

Amazing experience throughout the entire process!! Dave, Jordan, Lucas, and the rest of the crew did a 1st Class job on our house that dates to 1886!! The removed all of the old knob and tube and all other hazards. Replaced with brand new and up to date wiring!! Lastly, the Customer Experience, was Truly 1st Class. The folks from Perry Electric did a tremendous job at our home in Topeka, Kansas. First of all, the technician who came out to give us a bid was early - that is a great start and a rare trait these days. He was knowledgeable, and provided great information to me throughout the process. My father met them when they were ready to complete the work, which was running electricity to our newly-built outdoor shed. He did exactly what we asked for, at a reasonable price. He was early again, and paid precise attention to detail. Our technician even offered to sweep out our shed for us. These guys were a class-act and did amazing work. People in Topeka or surrounding areas: please meet with the gents from Perry Electric for your electrician needs - our experience says that you won't regret it!

The work they did was excellent, but they removed and took a shutoff that was in use before they arrived. The shutoff had a fun sticker on it, and one of the workers (Jordan) and I had talked about it when he first came to look at it. I knew that the shutoff would be disconnected per Jordan, but there was absolutely no reason to remove it and then take it with them.

You simply don't take property that isn't yours.

I texted Jordan Nov. 27 when I first noticed it missing and he didn't respond. So when the company got around to billing me around Feb. 5, I called and asked them if they'd look for it. When they hadn't responded, I called again on March 2, and made the same request. Still no response. It has been over 90 days and I still can't get an answer from the company.

If I had known, I would have taken pictures of the electrical on the wall before as well as after.

If you use them, take pictures and ensure that nothing goes missing.
