We had our basement renovated through them and it was a large project from tearing down fireplaces and cabinets to reconfiguring electric lines and plumbing. We had a smooth experience during the designing as well.

They also connected us with an incredible design team (Interior Elements and Design) who worked closely with us and the RBS team to bring our vision into a reality.

Throughout both the design and construction phases, we were impressed by the level of communication that we had with the RBS project managers and construction specialists. They listened to our ideas, presented innovative and tailored solutions for our home’s unique challenges, and responded quickly to issues as they came up. Our project stayed within the projected budget and on schedule. The whole process exceeded our expectations and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. We made the right decision to have Renovations by Starr Homes finish our walk-out lower level. We worked with a great PM, Tim. The team is there to help throughout.
