Reviews of local pros in Stilwell, Kansas

To begin with, ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING KS offers clear estimates and helpful tips for carpet and rug cleaning. Their turnaround time is very fast, and everyone is friendly and reliable. We had an oriental rug that had suffered some moth damage, and after they cleaned and wrapped it for storage, I forgot to get it treated for moths. When we unwrapped it later and saw signs of moths, Geoffrey took care of it and fixed the damage so well you can hardly see it, and he did it all for free. Geoffrey really knows a lot about carpets and rugs, so if you have questions, just ask him.

working with braden from this carpet cleaning team in stilwell was a great decision! right from the start, his dedication and professionalism made the whole experience smooth. braden didn’t just clean—he really made my carpets look brand new! my living room and bedrooms looked like they belonged in a home magazine after he was done. he used modern equipment and quality cleaning solutions, so even tough stains came out easily. what impressed me the most was braden’s attention to detail. he made sure every spot and corner got the care it needed. if you want your carpets cleaned by someone who cares and does a fantastic job, this is the place to call.

I chose ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING KS because I wanted the carpets at my new house cleaned without worrying about putting stress on my well or septic system. When I asked, Braden explained that they always use tanks in their truck for both clean water and wastewater, so nothing goes into the house system. During the first visit, Braden's knowledge really stood out. He measured the rooms, talked to me about my type of carpet, and explained what results I could expect. He mentioned the carpet padding might be a bit squished from furniture, but my carpet should bounce back well. A few hours later, the carpets looked fantastic—areas I thought would need to be replaced looked as good as new. Braden told me the previous owners had probably used too much shampoo, so he spent extra time removing leftover detergent, but there was no extra charge for this. He even gave me a discount without me asking because there was a small scratch on a door, and he was honest about it, even though I might not have noticed. His honesty and putting customers first really impressed me. I will definitely use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

I was referred to ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING KS by a friend who also uses their carpet cleaning services. the day I called, braden answered quickly and was able to schedule me just a few days later. he showed up early for the appointment and even let me know when he was a few minutes away. the appointment was for cleaning my carpets and tile, and while he was here, I asked if he could also clean my mattresses and an area rug. he was able to take care of those too. everything looks fresh and smells wonderful. i will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again.

I had my carpets cleaned at home this morning and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Geoffrey did an excellent job removing old stains and getting rid of all the dirt that had built up from daily life. The carpets look fresh and almost brand new! With over 25 years of experience in the carpet and flooring business, I know how important it is not just to remove stains, but also to get all the soil out so carpets stay in great condition and look their best. I’ll definitely be calling Geoffrey again for future cleanings and recommending this service to all my customers. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

i needed a last-minute, high-quality carpet cleaning before moving into my new place in stilwell, and john did a fantastic job! he was friendly when i first called and really tried to help me out. what impressed me most was how flexible he was with his schedule, always making sure other customers were taken care of too. he kept in touch and made the whole process easy and stress-free. the carpets had some tough stains, including dark red ones, but john was able to remove them completely. by the time i arrived, the carpets were already dry. when my landlord saw the carpets later, he was amazed at the difference and even kept john’s business card. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning service—from the first call to the payment and the spotless results, you won’t be disappointed.

We have an older dog who is very much a part of our family, but lately she's started to have a few little accidents before she can get outside. Wanting to keep our home fresh without making her feel bad, we decided it was time to call in a carpet cleaning service in Stilwell to help us out. We reached out and got scheduled pretty quickly. Nolan came right on time, ready to work and with everything needed for the job. We moved our furniture and explained the problem spots, and Nolan made sure every area was thoroughly taken care of. He even checked for places we might have missed and gave us great advice on how to keep the carpets clean in the future. He treated the pet spots carefully, applying a special cleaner and working over the soiled areas until the carpet looked almost new. Even though our carpet is on the older side and has some wear, it looked much fresher and cleaner when Nolan was finished. The drying process was quick too—since it’s warm here in Stilwell, we just opened the windows and let the air help. Nolan was friendly, professional, and gave us helpful tips in case we ever notice any lingering odor (which we haven’t). He was considerate, even providing us with protective foot covers so we could walk on the carpet right away. This local carpet cleaning company really exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be using them again when it’s time to clean other rooms. If you’re in Stilwell and need your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend giving them a try. You’ll be happy with the results—courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional service!

We just had our carpets cleaned in Stilwell. We hadn't tried this carpet cleaning service before, so we were pretty careful about what to expect. The carpets look fantastic now and the whole house smells clean and fresh. They were very thoughtful about the muddy weather and worked with us to reschedule when needed. They showed real care for their work, even wiping down our hard floors before finishing up. Before packing up their carpet cleaning equipment, they made sure we were happy with everything. It all turned out great. Something extra we really appreciated was how careful they were to make sure our pets stayed safely inside when they were coming and going. We’ll definitely use them again for carpet cleaning.

i've used this carpet cleaning company several times over the past year for my boss’s home, mostly because our new puppy had a few accidents. they’ve cleaned area rugs and wall-to-wall carpets in different rooms at least six times now. every visit, the crew did more than i expected—my rugs looked fresh and almost brand new after each cleaning. nolan always responds quickly and is really friendly, which makes the whole process smooth and easy. i definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone looking for great results and excellent customer care!

I was impressed with how affordable the carpet cleaning was, and they got back to me very quickly when I asked for information. We needed to get our rental in Stilwell cleaned before moving out and were able to book a time right away. Braden really went the extra mile to help us, especially since we weren't in town during the cleaning. He sent us clear pictures of the carpets after he was done and gave useful advice to make sure we wouldn't be blamed for any issues that were actually from bad carpet installation. If I was still in the area, I would definitely use their carpet cleaning services again!

Braden was my technician today, and I have only positive things to say. He arrived right on time, introduced himself, and was very friendly and polite. Braden asked if there were any spots or areas on my carpet that needed special attention, which I really appreciated. Besides being a great worker, he made my carpets look amazing! Braden also spoke highly of the carpet cleaning team he works with. I’ve tried other carpet cleaning companies in Stilwell before because of special offers, but I always end up coming back here.

When we moved into our new home, we always tried to keep everything spotless, but over time, our carpets started to look really worn out. We even thought about switching to tile flooring, but after getting a quote, we realized it just wasn’t in our budget. A friend suggested we try a professional carpet cleaning service instead, so we reached out. Geoffrey came out and did an amazing job on our carpets, as well as our couches and recliner. After he finished, everything looked just like it did when we first moved in—fresh, clean, and like new. If you need help with carpet cleaning, upholstery, or even tile, this team is definitely the one to call. We’ll definitely be having them back in the future to take care of our tiles, too. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them an easy 10+.

After our downstairs carpet and area rug got soaked from unexpected flooding, I called ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING KS. In no time, John showed up and immediately went to work saving our carpets, rugs, and even helped protect our furniture and belongings in the affected area. Every day, he returned to check moisture levels, making sure that everything was thoroughly dried out and safe. By the time the job was done, our new area rug actually looked cleaner and better than before the flood. The final price was very reasonable, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. We truly felt taken care of and never pressured. The service was top-notch, and we would definitely rate our experience as 5 stars!

I requested a quote online and got a quick response within half an hour. After that, I paid the deposit and set up my carpet cleaning appointment, all in less than an hour—it was super easy to do everything through email and their website. On the day of the appointment, Nolan let me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional when he arrived. He got the carpet cleaning done quickly and there were no problems at all. I’m so pleased with how clean and fresh our carpets look now—they haven’t looked this good in years! I had a great experience overall and will definitely use this company again.

I had my 600 sq ft apartment in Stilwell cleaned by this carpet cleaning company, and they did a fantastic job! The carpets looked refreshed, and you could really see the difference—they made sure every inch was spotless, going over the floors in neat lines. I wasn’t home during the service, but as I requested, they locked up for me once they were done in the morning, which made everything super convenient. Because I was so happy with their work, I recommended them to my new landlord. She had a two-story house that needed a deep clean, and the team did a thorough job there as well. Braden and Nolan were very professional and paid attention to detail. Although they arrived a little later than planned to clean the house, they still delivered great results and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received and will definitely use them again in Stilwell. I highly recommend them for anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

nolan did an amazing job cleaning my really old and dirty carpet, making it look almost brand new and now it smells fresh, too! with two teenagers, two dogs, and a busy piano studio in my house, the carpet in stilwell had seen a lot of foot traffic and really needed some serious cleaning. i came across a special offer for ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING KS and decided to give them a try. even though i needed more work done than what was included in the offer, nolan helped me figure out an affordable way to get everything cleaned. i was honestly surprised at how fantastic the carpets turned out! they look so much better, and i feel good having people over again. highly recommend this service—professional, friendly, good prices, and truly excellent results!

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING KS! After a previous technician didn’t do a great job cleaning my carpets and upholstery, I was unsure if calling back would help. But after seeing the results, I’m so glad I did. John came out to my home in Stilwell and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that sometimes pet stains can be tricky, especially if pets have accidents that soak into the carpet fibers, but with his experience, most stains can be removed. He showed me how much cleaner my couch looked after just one quick steam pass compared to before, and the difference was amazing. The carpets and couch look fresh and spotless now.
